A truly bad experience.
Not answering the phone (which is a common complaint by everyone apparently)

And when they finallyy answered, they promised to deliver the package to me today before 5 pm, and never did!

Will never gona deal with UPS again, and will make sure no packages are sent to me through them, NEVER EVER!

They say the reason for not answering customers calls is under staffing! A company like UPS employs only two customer service personnel? UPS international should reconsider staying with the current local agent and seek a different one, is the current one is sinking their reputation down the drain! Besides that, they are the only courier service that would charge you clearance fees! Customs, duties, government fees are all understood, but why would UPS charge us 4 KD as clearance fees? especially that shipping charges were paid in full to the merchant abroad! And when you promise people that you will refund them their money, you should honor your promise!

I don't know if UPS in US is aware about the horrible service that is being served here or not. They NEVER answer the phone. They always over charge. I don't know why anyone in his right mind would use their service!!

Worst shipping experience I have ever tried. Tracking the package which was already shipped to Kuwait. The company is not delivering it and sending email notifications that they don't have my mobile on record to deliver the parcel but I can't respond to the email with my phone number since it an automatic email. I tried calling the company for over a week at different times to arrange for delivery or provide them with my phone number and no-one responds. It so bad and not reliable !
