  I got a call from the post office asking me to come and collect the parcel. At first i couldnt understand what the lady was saying because of the way she was conversing in english, i asked her to repeat and she called me “stupid indian” and slammed the phone disconnecting the call. She humiliated me and was so rude and on top of that she called me again only to yell me and asking me to come and take my parcel. I wish i could report that lady. Very bad service, utterly disappointed!!!

  Once your package arrives in Post Office, they send picture on WhatsApp. very co-operative and kind staff.

  I send a registered mail from taiwan to kuwait. They said it will recieve 8-11 days . I dont know if the kuwait post office will deliver the mail door to door or not. I need an answer thank you
