  Very difficult to contact the post office on phone since 10:00 am. my colleague and myself have been trying to reach the post office on 23929888 but nobody answers.
  They called me to pick up my parcel and I went there at 7.30 am next morning. They have provided good service in the past but I am disappointed this time.
  The post office opens around 7 am but there is no staff to assist.
  The woman present there told me that she does not work in the parcel delivery section and does not know how to help me.
  She requested me to wait as she is not sure what time the other employee will come. Could be 10 mins, could be 1 hour. She had no information.
  She then came back to help me but she said she is unable to trace my parcel.
  Finally got them on phone at 12:00 pm. Will go back tomorrow.
  All service counters were empty.

  Staff are very lazy. they stop the delivery of packages at 11:30 but the post office closed at 1:00 o’clock
  there’s a Kuwaiti staff everyday he tells to everyone to come tomorrow after 11:30

  They don't accept bigger packages to send what is the purpose of this post office is beyond me and you have group of women that are lazy despite of them being covered up
