A very nice place to visit - almost near Iraq border. If you have young children then you MUST visit. They’ll love it.

Wonderful place. Opens at 1PM. Due to COVID situation, the entire farm is not open for outsiders. Good place for kids to enjoy too. There is no entry fee. Fresh sugarcane juice is available!

Nice change of scenery. Bathrooms are very clean and nice. Veggies and flowers for sale but not much in the way for eating.
Pack a lunch if you make this trip.

A good place to enjoy your free times in kuwait between January to April and October- November. Its little bit far but still for the time you travel you get things to see. Awesome environment lush green. There are some animals also around which we can see. Strawberry plucking available in seasons.

This is a fully commercially organized venture. The quality of the strawberry is very poor. Strawberries are over filled with water and I was wondering how they retained so much of water in each fruit.

Excellent place to visit. It's open from October to April, depending on weather. The strawberries are delicious and fun to pick. Make sure to wear a cap and apply some sun screen.
They also have fresh sugar cane juice that's quite refreshing.

A nice place for a day out with family and kids. There are couple of animals there. The best thing is strawberry farms where you can buy strawberries and pick yourself from plants. You can buy some vegetables and similar products too.

A very nice farm with lots of sugarcane and a good chance to harvest strawberries. Sweetcorn is unbelievably tasty! A great place for the whole family where you can have a good meal, let your children play in the kids area and buy fresh crops. A lovely place to spend the weekend.

One of the best places to spend a day out. This place is an effort of a hard working family. Visitors can enjoy a beautiful walk around the farm, rent a bike or ride a car.
You can experience harvesting corn and strawberries on certain days and times (check their social media accounts for announcements). You can see some caged animal and feed them. Many restaurants and food stations available. They have a small market where you can buy their produce. Very impressing!

    Amazing place, great for families.

Food brought from outside the farm is not allowed.

    Sunscreen is a must!

Don't forget to try the amazing sugar cane juice (with a hint of lemon).

Make sure to carry some cash, k-net is not always available.

It's a great rustic farm most famous for its strawberry gardens and Friday strawberry picking. But it also has wonderful produce and a great herb garden nursery as well a flower garden. The farm market is good too. Entry tickets (2kd in feb 2018) are given in coupons which can be spent inside the farm for various things. It has a play area for kids, cute sitting areas inside the sugarcane plantation. Additional long 12 seater picnic tables as well tents are available for hire for the day. Small restaurant with multiple food like pasta, pancakes, shawarma, burgers etc is there too. An ideal way to spend a Friday morning.

Nice place for a barbecue with some interraction with animals goats, ducks, geese, emu, lama, turkeys, etc. Also available are vegetable and flower gardens to enjoy including kuwait grown strawberry. You could even have a horse carriage ride. They also have burgers , grilled items, icecream, honey, corn, popcorn, and sugarcane to offer. They even have tents and huts available on rent.
The only downsides are it is REALLY FAR(iraq border), but there are bus tours available.

This farm is located is located near Iraq border. It’s around one and a half hour away from Salmiya. We were a large group, so we had hired a bus, which was a wise decision as we reached there fresh. We chose a Friday to go there as there is strawberry picking on that day. Well, the gates opened at 12:30pm and there was already a large crowd. The strawberries were finished in half an hour. The entrance is 2kd per adult and includes half a kg of strawberry. Any extra we have to pay. There is a petting farm. We fed the animals. They charge half a kwd for the fodder. There is a farmers market and a flower shop. The vegetables and the flowers are super cheap. There is a sugarcane field. Fresh sugar cane juice is also sold. There is a playground for kids. Though it is mentioned that outside food is not allowed, almost everybody had brought along their food. Their were tents on rent and also tables and chairs. There are snack shacks too.

A nice place to spend with family & friends, don't expect the modern facilities of shopping malls. For kids, it will be a different experience. I like this desert farm more than the crowded concrete jungles in town.
