  My wife and I were seeking to get into crossfit after our daughter was born, as a way to get ourselves back into pre-baby shape. The instructors here are very kind, the classes are really hands on, and it is just a fantastic experience. Took all the worry out of the process of being a newbie and getting into crossfit.
  
  For the intro class, we had to bring our baby because we had no one to watch herOne of the instructors / owners actually held her for us and kept her happy and entertained while we went through our beginners class. It was completely unexpected and just goes to show the kind of people who run this place.
  
  Can't say it enough, it is a great place and I am just thrilled that we found it. We're both more excited than we've ever been to workout and it is because of the way these classes are instructed.
