  The worst experience. They gave me a car that is broken down. They did not answer calls. Horrible.

  Second time to rent from this branch.
  Service time and quality depends on how busy it is and the staff. The cars are usually in a good condition
  They run out of cars quite quickly also.
  I recommend they add more staff during busy hours.

  Dishonest company, I rent the car under full insurance,but when I return the car with some scratches ,they do not give back my deposit and make me to pay. The Ahmed there told me they will return the money back once I gave back the car. But more then half month they didn’t give me any respond.

  Don't ever rent from SIXT at Kuwait International Airport. After returning the car and having their employee signing off they contacted me a day later to tell me there are damages.
  
  When you return the car at this location they meet you, state everything is okay even sign your return slip and then they drive off to another location.
  
  So how can I tell if they didn't damage the car on the way back? Especially when the check out form they marked to identify the damages has a lot of markings showing damages by their employee.
  
  Also, when you purchase the extra insurance it states your only liable for 40KD and they email and state they will charge 50KD to my card ???????

  Auful cars, broken windsheild on renting out clerks do their best to make up for the management but management is just another lame set of people who want to profit on their clients.
