A nice Westin. The lobby is new but the time are a bit dated. It's in a great location next to the giant Lotte department store. You can also walk around to the nearby shopping area

Stayed here a week ago. This is one of the most pleasant hospitality experience I've had. Staff were very attentive, dedicated to good customer service and pleasant generally. The rooms were spacious, snack bar filled with niceties and beds indeed very comfortable. The amenities were as equally good and I enjoyed the access to them all.

Had lunch at the Italian restaurant Rubrica located in the hotel. Crazily overpriced and not good. 38000 won for a gorgonzola pizza where I couldn't find the Gorgonzola and that was made with very heaving tasteless "cheese" Tiramisu was ok but really nothing special. For the price I would consider it a total rip off. Avoid this place.

I ate at the aria buffet and the overall experience was great. The staff was nice and attentive, there was a healthy variety of food, and the quality of the dishes were on point. A bottle of sparkling water for every table was a nice touch. What stood out for me was the crab. I generally stay away from fresh crab in buffets because they generally tend to be lackluster despite it being a seafood staple in most decent buffets. Either way, the crab at aria was pretty good.

Good hotel, the location was very convenient for going around and looking at the city. There is some shopping malls behind the hotel (Lotte) as well as a street where you can find street food and shops stay a bit late (to walk around). It was also conveniently located to go around Seoul for work (but that also depends on where you will be going).

Beautiful renovated lobby, and restaurants. Stayed in a SPG members double queen room - pretty standard fare. The service was what stood out. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The warm welcome by the staff was always appreciated.

For travelers looking for a great hotel gym while in Seoul, look no further. Although it has some shortcomings, it is still significantly better than the gyms of competing hotel chains.

Great location, close to a lot of main tourist attractions. Staff is exceptional and excellent. This is one of the best spg hotel I have stayed at. Room is clean and breakfast buffet is excellent!
