Location and view was great.
Room condition is clean, safe, and well maintained.
Swimming pool and fitness center is small but not bad.
There are a lot of family, so little bit crowded, cuz I visited weekend.
Good place for staying.
I've used for Oke room lunch buffet. Since their price looks so reasonable. But the menu's were making me quiet embarrassed. Too simple. Nothing to enjoy. But their service was not bad.
Very good! Actually Korea is a place where organization is everything and hospitality follows the rules! Top notch!
I would even live here for years, it’s so cozy!
Very cool and clean
You need a passport to enter the Casino.
I loved the atmosphere here. Since its near Christmas there was a giant tree + small town model at the lobby. The food was great. Very high quality and delicious. The staffs were very responsible too. I would love to visit again.
Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Behind the hotel down the hill is Seoul train station. The famous supermart Lotte Mart also there. Very convenient. Lots of restaurants nearby
We only stayed for one night. Our experience was wonderful. The concierge was very helpful in guiding us to tourist locations and where to check out the city early in the morning. We were very happy with the room. The bakery had nice snack options at a good price.
It's a very nice hotel in a good location. Central to a lot of things in the city. Plenty of good food within walking distance. The gym is fine and wasn't crowded when I was there. The only thing I had trouble with was the temperature of the room. It would get so hot at night and the ac wouldn't blow cold. I called the front desk and twice they sent someone to my room but it didn't help. I even asked for a room change to another floor but they said they we're full booked. Eventually it got cool enough at night where I could sleep with the fan I requested blowing the air from the cracked window on me. It was rough going for a little while. Oh and the oak room bar is offensively ove priced. The people are great but good luck getting drinks at the bar and walking out feeling good about it. They introduced a happy hour deal which is nice but outside of that you're way better off somewhere else.
The mountain view was amazing. Executive lounge had a great selection of breakfast items in the morning, and various food and drinks the rest of the day. The staff is always prompt and friendly. Their weekend mango dessert buffet going on right is pretty nifty too. No real drawbacks to talk about (other than the price, but why are you working about price if you made the decision to stay at a hotel that offers beluga caviar in their room service menu). Last note, very nice and relaxing sauna in their gym/pool area.
I experienced an excellent, out-of-this-world, service at this location. I would give 10 out of 5 stars if I could.
Excellent service staff. Very attentive to your needs. Very good food at most restaurants. Very clean. Great pool, hot tub, sauna and health club. Bathrooms in rooms a disappointment, which is the reason for 4 stars. Dated and laid out poorly. However, I will go back again.
Good location near main Seoul train station. Rooms are clean, and there is a nice multicultural breakfast buffet. Room service is good. Big negative is in three stays, none of my rooms have had good air conditioning.
Room is clean and modern. Breakfast was very good. It had a great variety and was well stocked. Gym facility was clean and had a good range of equipment.
An amazing multi-language concierge staff from Japanese, Mandarin and English. Provided recommendations and informative directions to popular sightseeing spots, restaurants and etc.
Beautiful rooms with great lighting and beautiful view overlooking the mountains. I really enjoyed the twin beds with exceptional quality bedding. The large screen TV was placed perfectly where we could watch TV comfortably from our beds. The shower water pressure was great and I felt like I was in a sauna. Room service was excellent due to the friendly staff, and it took less than 20 minutes to arrive to our room.
While the hotel is ideally situated in downtown, I didn't find it to be all that nice. It's dated and the lounge area is very noisy and cramped. I did get a room upgrade to a suite -- which was nice and a bit more updated, however it just wasn't very relaxing. One plus was the extremely fast premium internet which is free for diamond members. Service quality was just so-so. In the end, I stayed a night and then moved to the Conrad hotel which offers much better service and newer rooms.
The Millennium Seoul is centrally located, near all of the most popular tourist destinations. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, offering to help us in anyway.
