  Everything is clean, neat and well functioning, no doubt. However, this place does not have a soul. It is not a cosy place where you feel like at home. It only is a perfectly functional place to sleep.

  An amazing hotel with great views of Seoul, impeccable service and a sublime spa. The new club room isn't worth it, it's gone from a quiet sanctuary on a top floor to be busy and noisy hub without the personalised service. Staying here is worth the money regardless.

  My historic place . My wife really loves this place. This year prepare the Christmas tree as usual. Whenever I see the tree, I'm really full of happiness. So gorgeous, luxurious and elegant place. In my personal opinion, Grand Hyatt Seoul is No. 1 hotel in Korea. There are a lot of nice restaurant such as Paris Bar, Terras, J&J, and so on. I really like there, especially enjoying Christmas and holidays season. This hotel is located in Namsan mountain area. So, The air quality is excellent.

  Gorgeous views over the water and city or the "less" desirable mountain views out the main entrance. There's outstanding outdoor access to run / walk in the park, and a short walk down the hill or shuttle ride takes you to the most active scene around. If you don't have time to leave, the main floor is the place to be. Live music, amazing views and see and be seen atmosphere are wall to wall.

  Lots of restaurants and bars with a lively atmosphere. Very good level of interior design giving a high class feel. It's the Grand Hyatt so of course it's not cheap!

  Stayed in October 2017 in their Club room with king bed. Room was clean but small and the bathroom was smaller. Our room had a great view of tge city. Staff were friendly enough. Executive Lounge had good variety of offerings for breakfast and afternoon cocktail.

  Room was very clean and comfortable. Foods and refreshments served at Club room was good.
  I was able to use Club member's conference room for 1 hour with no extra charge, it was spacious and really comfortable.

  The double room for 2 people was way too small. The hotel itself is amazing and in an unbelievably beautiful location overlooking Seoul. The food was great. The gym and spa facilities were a high standard. The biggest negative was the 3 tennis courts as you had to pay to use them and they were artificial grass which is not a real surface.

  - quality of materials, both in room and in the public area
  - room decoration - it's traditional and quite modern at the same time
  - views: you either see the hill with a tower or a city lanscape

  Very friendly service but rooms are little bit small. Very great view over Seoul.
  Breakfast buffry at the terrace restaurant is an experience.
  JJ's is a nice club in hotel basement with long opening hours.
