Very nice hotel with helpful staff. Good European breakfast. A bit far away from a metro station though

Very good international hotel with small but nice and clean rooms. The breakfast combines western and Korean food. The only disappointment was about the servuces: they have a very nice swimming pool, saunas and even a golf practice but all of them are extras to be paid if used.

No air conditioning, do not stay at this hotel under any circumstances unless you like 25 degree plus rooms. Bla bla bla excuses

I was a part of a group of 12 on business in South Korea. This hotel was next door to our intended destination. We spent a week.
The rooms are small but not too small in my opinion. Everything on the Asian continent is smaller than in the Western hemisphere (where I am from) BUT it was quite enough space for me alone. Nothing to complain about. They used the space impressively (see pics). Bathroom was very comfortable (this was my first experience with heated seats.that was common place even in the public bathrooms in South Korea).
You are in a "city" type area so the views are just of other buildings (I've uploaded pics). You are 20 mins walk from the Train Station and 25 minutes from the World Cup Stadium. I ran to the stadium every morning - pretty nice.
Free WiFi is available however the setup is not the best. You have to connect to whatever access point is closest to you. Sometimes it's on the floor above you OR beside your room. I had WiFi problems in the bathroom. The hotel was kind enough to quickly fix that by putting a WiFi router in my room. I had to reset the router but it worked quite fine after that.
The gym is HUGE and they have an indoor swimming pool (costs extra) and an indoor virtual golf range (see pics). Spa is available for regular prices. Gym opens at 6am.
Breakfast was included - you get a breakfast ticket to claim breakfast. Includes a mix of Korean and American/European offerings. Breakfast was the EXACT SAME everyday! Maybe except for 1 or 2 days but it's basically the same.
I had lunch there one of the days - it was quite enjoyable.
There is a 7/11 nearbyand MANY MANY restaurants with 5-20 mins walk. From Pizza, to Thai, to Japanese, to authentic Korean and many more. McDonald's, Burger King, Starbucks, a Cafe.simply too many to mention.
Hotel staff was helpful when requested. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel and taxis are cheap. Bus services run on time and are predictable and train can take you to the other popular areas of Seoul.response / report this review -

Great service and popular among tourists. Very close to entertainment offices in Digital Media City. Getting to this hotel from the airport is very convenient, as easy as taking a bus and get off in front of the lobby.

Sleek and clean. The room is too small, not much space for your luggages. Overall, the room is nice, simple room design, a lot of sockets and the washroom is super clean. The breakfast is good, there are a lot of pastries and hot dishes. The hotel is situated in the digital media city, so there is quite a lot to dine and shop nearby. MBC and SBS are just 5 mins away from the hotel.

Great hotel. Unfortunately you have to pay for the swimming pool which is apparently standard in Korea. Also, they had a great buffet breakfast.

Hotel is OK at best. Rooms are comfortable but small for standard type. Staff are efficient but don't go out of their way to help. The bar is good but pricey and don't eat there as food is awful. Don't stay in spring time when outside temperature is already in the twenties and the hotel hasn't switched on the central a/c system!! There is no temperature control for each room until they do.
