Bathrooms are very small indeed. But the hotel is very clean. They have also a library and a reading place. All rooms has washing machine, freezer, and microwave oven. Also a water heater electric cup. Very useful, because they don't have breakfast or any other meal services. Bed's has electric blankets, you have free WiFi. The hotel is designed for medium or long term stay. Every room has a electric doorlock, opened by your acces card. Nice elevator. The entrance is right in front of a school, so, that part is very quiet. Thousands of small restaurants and a non-stop 7-11 in neighbourhood.
Shuttle bus station at 100m, right after de corner, and 5 minutes walk from subway station, easy to come or leave to the airport.
I stay in this hotel in 2012 and 2013 and it was a good deal.response / report this review -

Apartment hotel, large room, still a little distance from the city, but very clean, very full equipment, microwave ovens, induction cooker has, can make their own food, airport bus down the opposite is, find a relative or fine, off Metro station is not very far away, walk it like 5-6 minutes, which the staff of the Chinese people, language is no problem, right next to a convenience store, Paris Baguette, BR ice cream shop, coffee shop, snack bar, or very convenient.

park side 건물은 깨끗하고 좋아요.
Door Locks 최신형인것 같음
입구는 보기좋아요 일반 hotel 처럼 Library 있고요.
그런대 안에 내용을보고 많이 실망했어요.
1)객실이 너무 작음 130s/f 약3평 조금넘는듯 전체 siez가.
2)화장실 0.34 평 신장이 180 넘는분은 많이 불편하실것같음
3)샤워를 하면 휴지및수건을 다치워놓고 해야함 물에 젓기때문에(너무좁아서)
4)냄새가 많이 심함.(음식 냄새 복도에 상당히 심함 )
5)쓰레기 봉투 개인이 사라고함
6)세탁기는 있는대 세제는 개인이 구매 해야함.
7)객실과객실사이 소음이 심한것 같음 애기 소리가 다들림.
8)추가요금 발생시 무조건 cash로 계산하라고함
9)직원분이 동포분인것 같은대 언어소통 불편함.
10)복도는 Wi-fi 잘되는대 객실은 wi-fi 신호 엄청 안좋음
전체적으로 예전에1993~4년도 중국에 저렴한 hotel에 있는 느낌 입니다response / report this review -

Fantastic little place. Clean and spacious by Korean standards. Lots of good places to eat around the hotel and good access to public transportation. Staff doesn't speak much English but it isn't too much of a barrier as long as you know a few Korean phrases and can use body language.
