They kindly upgraded my room to a suite. Amazingly spacious, nicely equipped. Sheets could have been new but it wasn't. Bathtub could have been cleaner. But overall I'm happy with the location and quality. Will def come back again.

It is a nice place in a convenient location for a fair price (about $80.). They have an excellent breakfast buffet, with healthy choices. The rooms are very clean with good amenities. But if you are travelling with foreign electric goods, bring a converter. I have stayed here on three separate trips.

Good central location to the touristy stuff of Seoul. Staff was great, our room was cleaned every day, the bathroom was a bit old but that didn't bother us. The gym is in some strange location off-site so I never did get to use it. Lots of food options on the ground level, and good Korean food option in the food court. Unless we want to spend significantly more, we'll stay here again!

Good location - near to Myeongdong but not so busy or congested. Quiet hotel. Helpful reception staff. Clean and spacious room. Air conditioning a little noisy and could have been located further away from the bed. Good storage space for clothing and luggage. Comfortable bed. Good amount of furniture to place items on.

It was ok but they were not very helpful on the last minute additional night I had to stay cost was almost equal as the total for the other three nights. For the price the rooms could be much better and the bed more comfy.

Very comfortable bed clean and cozy place. Nothing bad. There are some mini marts around here for 24 hr. Nearby popular tourist place.

Very near to the business area Happy that I stayed here. The hotel staff are wonderful. They help with every small detail which we request for. Rooms are clean.
Perfect place to stay if you are on a business trip or with family. Food joints are near by and hence it makes more convenient in case if you are hungry.

Wonderful hotel close by City Hall.
Breakfast and room are very comfy. Unfortunately they ve git no gym.
I cannot agree to the complaints on dirt or lacking hot water.
The only bad thing is, the female receptionists are very cocky.
Nearby , you can have fast food ( subways, pizza) and coffee.
Very convenient are the free shuttle buses and the bus stop to the airport right at the hotel main entry.

Overall the my stay was great. It is in a perfect location near Seoul Station. There is a food court and a cafe inside and there are 3 convenient stores right outside. I booked it for 3 nights at a very low rate. It was definitely worth the price I paid. However, the kitchen light was out, and the floor was still dirty from previous guests. Neither bothered me enough to tell the staff.

Great location, big good rooms, great staff. Overall a very pleasant experience. Only reason why I didn't give a 5 star rating is because they switched off the AC to the whole building since "it was cold due to the weather" but we were in spring already. Other than that, all good.

Old and getting shabby. Not bad value for money for a night but wouldn't recommend for a special occasion.

Pros. 1.Good location for family travelers. Close to subway and several convenient stores.
2.Room facility. Large fridge, washing machine, iron and cooking stove are available.
Cons. 1. Temp. of hot water shower is not stable. Sometimes it turns cold.
    2. Temp. of heater is not adjustable. Need to open the window to cool down.

This hotel is unique in charging a fee for checking in early (even after 12 noon) and having mold in the bathroom. It's really run down. The rooms need a lot of TLC. Management is missing. The basement level "food court" area was disgusting. I didn't get to try the food as I lost my appetite in the hallways. To be avoided.

If you need the location and a comfortable bed, the Ramada will do fine. Personally I'll choose to go elsewhere next time. An average cheap motel in Korea is a hundred times better than this "hotel."
