  01_ 신촌이라고 하더라도 모텔이 밀집되어 있는 지역이 두 군데로 나뉘는데 여기는 서강대 방면쪽
  02_ 서강대 방면쪽은 다소 예전 모텔이 많은 편 시설은 그닥
  03_ 대신 넓고 가성비가 좋다는 장점이 있음

  저가형 모텔이 아닌 상위급모텔을 지향하기에 5만원이상선의 숙박비가 있다.
  대신 그 만큼 넓은편이고 편의가 잘 갖춰져있음
