I had a fantastic stay at the Koreana. The front desk was kind enough to help us get a DMZ tour and a bus picked us up in front of the hotel. The rooms were clean and very nice.

Great location, very friendly service personnel. I'm not giving it 5 stars for the following reasons: it's quite pricey as far as I'm concerned - the breakfast alone is 26,620 won (compared to 11,000 for an amazing buffet at Shinchon Ever8 Serviced Residence), I'm unable to regulate the room temperature, there's no laundry service because of the Chuseok holiday, and the wifi service is incredibly annoying - on average I have to re-log on about 15-20 times a day.
