The room was big and clean but bit pricey when it comes to the quality. Not very a sound proof room. Woke up few times because of noises from other rooms and all. The worst part was that I found a inch long bug running around the floor. Don't know where it came from but I won't stay here again. (Added pictures of the room and the bug I found for proof and pictures kept getting deleted)

Decent place to stay downtown Seoul . You can get a room with a view of the City Hall and the plaza with various activities from Farmers market to ballet. Front desk is trying to accommodate all our requests ( umbrella, iron and ironing board) but today we learned that the housekeeping Dept. has no black tea (ever).
Other than that, we are quite happy in the newly remodeled room on the 16th floor. A/c is very powerful, shower is great and refrigerator holds complimentary bottles of water.

I was 9-18-2017 ~9-22-2017. This was my second times used here . The location is perfect for me to meet friends where is down town of seoul between lotte hotel and chosen hotel .also front of city hall.
House made service is like 5 stars but floor carpets need cleaning . there has no usb terminal and multi power tap( i have to move night table to find power tap.) , i didn't have chance to use restaurant.
Fitness center was great to me it is better than hyatt resort hotel waikiki hawaii. I'll come back because it has a good cost effect.

The size of the room was not big, and yet not small. It was bigger and felt more open than other hotels in that area. Staff was friendly and service was prompt. I wish bathroom was little bit bigger. Over all experience was pleasant. I would stay there again.

Great location and nice rooms. Bed is Japanese style and hard. I prefer soft beds. Pillows were soft but not firm. Great stay for the price.

Traffic is very convenient! Located in the city center, next to the town hall, over the road is the Deoksugung two entirely heart center - of course, if these shopping spots is a hole, of course, some distance, but walking 10 minutes to do it, and subway connections to various attractions. As for the facilities, there may be some history it relatively simple, especially small socket, it is very inconvenient. Washbasin very short, not used. The rest feel better, sound backward point. Reminder, toothbrushes, toothpaste charges, please prepare yourself ~
