The hotel is very nice. It's in a good area with the park right across the street. Walking distance to many places to eat. There is a restaurant with a bar at the hotel if you don't feel like going out. The gym is surprisingly well equipped and very clean.

Great location next to the Songdo Central Park, Lotte mart and a subway station. Modern, clean rooms with great views. Excellent buffet on the 19th floor.

First time I've stayed here as en-route to London from Brisbane, Australia as part of a layover arranged for Free from Korean Airlines. First class rooms and good wifi plus the complimentary evening meal and breakfast was without doubt the best we've had for a long time. Very friendly staff and so polite to. Will come again 10/10 from me 😀

We stayed here during a complimentary overnight layover in Incheon, courtesy of Korean Air. We were treated to dinner and breakfast, as well as access to facilities. The hotel is in a nice location in Incheon, opposite a beautiful big park (Central Park Incheon), where there are lots of activities to do. The dinner and breakfast buffets were satisfactory, especially considering they were "free"! A nice place to stay for under 24h.

I stayed here for several days while on a business trip to Songdo.

The hotel is located just next to Songdo Central Park, and is just 30 minutes away from Incheon International Airport (by bus).

The hotel looks clean, modern, and well maintained.

The rooms are either facing the park, or away from the park. My room faced the park and gave a nice view of the park (those facing away from the part would see construction sites outside their window). The room was not exceptionally spacious, with enough walking space but not much else. With floor-to-ceiling window, the room looks bright during the day and you get a good view of the outside. The lighting in the room was average; the lights were not well distributed throughout the room, making only certain parts of the room bright enough to read a book in.

Temperature control was virtually non-existence in the room. The hotel has apparently switched the air-conditioning unit into heating mode, and the room feels warm in the day because of the sun. No matter how I tried, I could not get the room to cool down. Even at night, the room was not cool enough for my comfort.

The bed was comfortable enough, and the pillows were firm enough that I could get a good night sleep (some hotel's pillows were so soft that they were virtually flat, but not here).

Internet access (wireless) was generally good in the room, though the connection seems to occasionally drop off (once every few minutes) which is an annoying inconvenience.

There were adequate electrical outlets in the room for you to power your devices. However, all the outlets were the recessed two round-pin Korean type, so unless you have an adapter you're out-of-luck. It would have been better if they had provided some outlets with universal connections.

Breakfast and lunch buffet at the hotel's restaurant were good. They have a good spread of Western, Asian, and Korean, and Japanese selection, and the food tasted good. However, the dishes don't seem to change from day-to-day, so we were practically eating the same food everyday.

There are lots of eating places within walking distance from the hotel, so you can get a variety of food easily. There aren't many malls nearby, apart from Lotte Mart across the street and a Cosco nearby. Most of the shops nearby are small shops, though there are many within walking distance.

Overall, this was a pleasant stay, though there are definitely areas the hotel could improve on (as mentioned above).

Very nice and cleaned hotel and easy approaching to subway and shopping mall, central park as well. I supposed you stay this hotel in incheon or before & after your freight too.
