Stayed overnight as its close to the airport with free shuttle to and from. Unbeknownst to me there are two separate buildings; East and West as they are called and connected by an air bridge. The latter building is a newer building. The room in the West wing was large, contemporary and comfortable. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Stay in east wing. Quit old hotel that you can feel it and quite pricey. Service at reception is not good. When I ask for information around hotel, the reception is impassioned and even typing her computer without a proper eye contact. Restaurant 8 Italian food is awful. I never have to spend some much money for such strange taste of food. Breakfast is ok. Location to airport is excellent.

Stayed here as part of stopover deal with Korean Air Lines. Fantastic Hotel with well equipped rooms. Lovely staff and buffet for dinner and breakfast. Could not fault it. Will stay again on our next trip. Thankyou!

This is a very nice place to stay, handy to the airport with easy access and regular shuttle services throughout the day and night. Good food.
The giant Chess set next door was also great.

This a huge hotel divided to 2 separate buildings. The rooms are in a very good shape, and the staff is friendly and super helpful. This place usually hosts guests dor 1-2 nights not more. Lots of families with kids arriving on their way to somewhere.

The shuttle bus leaves every 15 min and is very good and easy to reach

Great place. Conveniently close to the airport. Nothing much to do outside of the hotel but great as a transit stay for the night. Korean air out you up here if the gap between connecting flights warrant a sleep which is fantastic.

Stayed here as part of a stopover flight from Australia to Europe. Our room was great. Dinner and breakfast were included the food was good without being exceptional. That was entirely expected. Our experience for a one night stay was very pleasant.

Good Place. Good food. Beautiful swimming pool. Only it's is closed. Same about the sauna and baths. Only open during weekends when are full. Music too loud at the public areas. Only deserve 3 of 5 stars.

Excellent service and a great hotel. Dinner in the Grand Cafe. It's a bistro with a good mix of Korean and Western foods. Overall an excellent stay.

Our stay here was funded by Korean Air - we flew from Brisbane to Paris and had a 13 hour layover. The hotel was beautiful - our room was spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. The buffet dinner and breakfast was amazing - the food was beautifully presented and the quality and taste superb. We will definitely fly Korean Air and stay in this hotel in future!!

Fabulous is an understatement. Stayed overnight 29/01/17 on route from Auckland to London. Excellent staff, Excellent facilities, Excellent food. Everything you need is to hand. Room was spacious, modern and stocked with everything you would expect from this class of hotel. And it's in a class of its own. I have worked in the hospitality industry for 35 plus years and this crushes any opposition. I really didn't want to checked out despite the snow and -6 temperature outside. Thanks Korean Airways for putting us in this fabulous hotel, be proud.

Amazing staff. Very nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet is quite big and the food is delicious. The rooms are very spacious and modern. The bed is very comfortable and big. I recommend this hotel to everyone.
