A little old and worn but staff very helpful and the room was clean. For the price good.

from Incheon International Airport 10 minutes by taxi (pick-up service available). there are good korean restaurants, Korean Fried chicken and Beer houses around this hotel. only 5 minute walking you can take subway that go to Seoul city. Wi-Fi so fast. and there is a bathtub. it's very convenient

A good hotel. The staffs are very friendly and give you detailed information about wifi etc. The rooms are big, charming and clean, as well as the bathrooms. Beds are quite hard and could be improved. Included breakfast buffet is also fine.

Would have rated 4 if better soundproofing (see below).
Very nice and friendly staff, clear instructions on services, wake-up call, shuttle etc.
Stayed in a Standarad Single Room:
+ a nice bathtub
+ complimentaries (single-use) such as toothbrush, toothpaste, hairbrush, juice and water etc
+ complimentaries (shared in between guests) such as hair gel, moisturizer, shampoo, conditioner etc
- not very soundproof, especially the door, so you'll hear everybody who's walking/talking in the corridor
- Korean style rock-hard bed
- no power outlets close to the bed
Somewhat shabby neighborhood. After a week of Korean culinary experiences, good and bad, we looked for some western style food, but didn't see any. Few places had more than extremely basic English in their menus (i.e. "pig" or "seafood", no description) if any, and in general it was hard to find staff that could explain menus, prices or closing times. We ordered something that turned out to be assorted DIY grill-at-the-table Korean barbecue at the place just across the street - it was very good but not recommended unless you have previous experience in how it works, which we thankfully had.response / report this review -

Relatively clean. The bed was not comfortable. The plus was the korean bbq across the street.
