Just ok. Missing minibar. Missing tooth brush etc. Small bathroom. Service during the breakfast was really slow and sometimes practically not available.

Service and facilities are below 5 star level. However the room and view from 11th floor was nice. Breakfast is plain but is advised to purchase since hotel is detached from infrastructure

When I am in Seoul, I always stay here. The rooms are comfortable and have an appropriate size.
There is a gym which is, in my opinion, well equipped,but always to hot. Never the less, you can start a great workout there.
Personel is very friendly and a very good service is the shuttle bus, which brings you every half hour to the University area or to Incheon. The use of the bus is free of charge. Of course there is room service and Internet. If you are a member of Hilton Honors, you participate of free Internet, and Gold members also of a free breakfast. I have been here so many times and there is no reason to complain about anything.

Easy access, nice surrounding , good facilities, close to all important places but nicely quiet at the same time, good linked by the hotel buses with the places of interest. Good for business and private stay. Well organised and serviced hotel suites for rentals.

Large and modern hotel with great amenities and a large conference area. They often have live music at night in the foyer or the bar area.

But can't possibly give more than three stars due to the remote location -- quite far from everything else in Seoul. You'll need to taxi or bus everywhere (there isn't even good subway access). Best only for travelers who have cars or are joining a conference at the hotel

nice Hotel. rooms are big enough and clean. very friendly stuff, helps to find answers! gym is big and comparable with a small fitness club. actually open 24h, but to go at night you have to fill out a paper.

there is a master control for the room for temperature, light, Infos.. and so on. cool feature! screen doesn't turn off completely at night.

Beautiful rooms equipped with everything you will need. Breakfast buffet with a large selection of warm and cold items. Free shuttle bus service. Hiking path starts next to the hotel. Very quiet area. Next subway station is in walking distance.

It's a 5 star hotel, and well deserved. Good food, good atmosphere. I'm a gym loved so when I see a gym that can complete with any club gym, its a huge bonus kudos from me. Price is up there though as is with any other American 5 star hotel chain. It's well worth it to go out just few miles away to get some local foods.
