Fantastic location next to the huge underground Coex mall and the city airport. Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms if a bit dated, and great service.

Enjoyed Eastern Regional Organization for Public Administrators General Assembly and Conference (EROPA) held here last Sept. 11-15, 2017 Great Staff and venue will surely be back and highly recommend said establishment. Thanks for the wonderful memories at Seoul, Korea.

This is a great spot in the middle of Gangnam District, next door is Huynday Department Store, many restaurants in the area at walking distance. Hotel facilities are great, from the big central bar to huge breakfast place. Service is great, including easy access to do your airport luggage check-in. Rooms pretty comfy.

Very clean and unique meeting space. Attached to Starfield coex mall which has a large open library area and movie theater. Many places to eat and easily accessible right from Samseong station.

we stayed in the Junior suite lage room with a seating area the room was facing a hanging garden. .everything in that room was tastefully done. they had a very good breakfast I would recommend having your first meal meal..

Rooms are clean, but outdated. Could do with a refresh. Bathroom is big and clean, but in need of an update. Good service and check in. Internet is fast and free. Convenient location, directly connected to COEX mall via B1F. There's also a convenience store in the lobby.

Rooms were perfect. Elegant bar and restaurant along with a staff that paid attention to the small details. They treat you so well and make sure you are having a wonderful time. Definitely a great hotel to stay at if you are ever in Seoul. It is also connected to a beautiful mall, theater and aquarium.

Seoul is a big city, travelling from one part to another easily takes longer than an hour. Traffic is often not friendly. This makes the hotel perfect for an indulging travel (food dominant). Lots of fine restaurants in the gungnam area. Hotel sits on the subway easy for travel in peak hour. Five star service too.

Great hotel. Comfortable rooms, all needed amenities, and the lobby lounge has beautiful high ceilings and delicious cocktails. My only minor complaint is that it's on the outskirts of Gangnam; the area is not as walkable as many parts of Seoul.

Service was impeccable and the location was amazing. There was so much to do around the hotel as it was next to the Coex Mall and the Hyundaia Department Store. The rooms were spacious and I never had any issues during my stay there. I would definitely stay again if I am in Korea in the future.

I went this hotel to attend meeting. Its ballroom is pretty good. But I feel restrooms are not enough.
