Great rooms. Big breakfast buffet, but it's kinda expensive unless you're a gold member. Great Chinese, Korean BBQ, and traditional Korean restaurants across the street. The biggest downer is the AC isn't very strong. Once I stayed here in the summer and was roasting in my room.

Central location, slick, high end hotel with all the amenities. The service is really efficient, I couldn't fault it. I didn't eat in the restaurant in the hotel other than for breakfast as the hotel adjoins the Times Square shopping centre which has a range of eateries.

Standard room is spacious and clean. Service is also very good. Short walk to the train/subway station. Hotel is part of a luxury mall.

    I had a great stay.
The rooms were very nice and large. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They had a storage room for my bicycle and fishing gear. Concierge were very helpful with the luggage for the group that I arrived with. The hotel itself was very elegant and sparkling!
The restaurant (Momo Cafe) was great and had a great assortment of juces, danishes, and fruits, salads, and main dish items.
The executive lounge had friendly staff and a great assortment of drinks and food.
The elevator brought me directly to the mall located below/next to the hotel, and was immense, with lots of food, electronics, and clothing to be purchased!
    I will return!

Very friendly staff, quick service. Comfortable bed, a good modern gym with. The LG TV is larger than usual installments. Normal sized room with a great view. The hotel is located right by a large shopping center (times square) with plenty of restaurants and various shops.

I had a very bad customer service experience with Bruno Park at the hotel over some small matters that could be handled in a different way. However, the manager Steven Lee explained and cleared out the misunderstanding but it was around 7:20 AM in the morning (like beginning of my day) so I don't feel very good over the experience.
Regarding the customer service at the hotel, I'd like to thank Ms. Vicky Park for taking care of us during our stay and also the last day when we left. I've really appreciated your help.
About the hotel, they have a little different policy regarding the temperature in the room, unlike other Marriott in the U.S, customers have no control over the temperature in the room, it was extremely hot for us during our stay (beginning of April). We woke up in the middle of the night sweating and called the front desk for help with the AC and they said we needed to open the window because the hotel is running on heater right now. Also, in the hotel hallway, they spray too much of some fragrances that cause headache so our group have to cover our noses every time we walk in and out of our rooms (I feel very lucky that they did not spray that inside the room).
I've always stayed at Marriott everywhere I go because they provide the same customer service and the hotel is smoking free and clean. We were at Courtyard Marriott Times Square during September 2015 and this year I chose to come back and stay at the same hotel instead of the new one just built Courtyard Marriott Seoul Namdaemun.
Overall, I would still recommend this hotel to friends and family; However, I won't come back the next time I visit because I really don't want to bump into Mr. Bruno Park. If you could have just asked me the room number I'd stayed in and how long I'd stayed. We could have avoided that very bad early morning experience. I was on vacation so YES I hated it when someone ruined my mood and my day.

The service is amazing. Seoul was quite a culture shock for me and my date. This hotel was a safe haven. The A/C situation isn't great, as it was near 80 degrees when we checked in. But the hotel staff immediately adjusted it, and sent us an apology letter that night! That's service!

Stayed here for two nights. Good location next to one of the biggest shopping malls in Seoul. Convenient for public transportation like airport bus and subways. Very friendly staff when checking in and out.
