Although location is not ideal the hotel itself is very nice. Staff is very friendly and polite. Clean spacious rooms with comfortable bed, sofa and desk area. Large bathrooms with separate shower and bath. Buffet breakfast and happy hour in the executive lounge is very good. If you like to eat out there's a shopping mall with lots of restaurants and a food court. Walkable distance to subway and park.

It was very wonderful day because of Conrad Hotel experience. They were so sweet and super kind. The hotel is connected by subway so that you can go anywhere easily. The view was outstanding even though it was rainy. Honestly, highly recommend you guys! :)

Stayed here for 9-days, and they have absolutely the BEST customer service! I want to give them 10-stars if I could. The rooms are pretty spacious, ceilings are high, and the views are amazing. What made the overall experience impeccable was how every single staff treated us with so much kindness and respect. Even the lady at the breakfast dining room remembered me, and greeted me everyday. It made me feel like I was at home.

I stayed at the Grand Hyatt for a few days after, but compared to Conrad Seoul, the service was terrible & the rooms were tiny. I wanted to go back to Conrad Seoul, and regretted not staying there for the full 12 days.

I will definitely be back! Thank you Conrad Seoul for your warm hospitality :)

One of the best hotels that I have stayed at. It is more modern and comfortable than the JW Marriott in Seoul. The staff there is friendly and knowledgeable.

Very good property. In the heart of the Business district.
Rooms are excellent and well decorated.
Food and beverage is excellent as well.
The IFC mall is located in the ground floors with plenty of stores and restaurants to chose from.
Great place to stay if you are there for business not for pleasure.

Wonderful service and fantastic city views. The food looked great but cocktail hour and room service food left a lot to be desired. Restaurant food was devine. Alcohol options were great and service desk was prompt with assistance. Everything was really lovely. Only wish the room service food had been yummier.

One of the best hotels my wife and I have ever stayed in. Customer service and room amenities were second to none. The room we were given had a great view of the river and city. The hotel is also right next to a mall, which you will walk through to get to the subway station. Really convenient location for hitting various places in Seoul. I can't wait to stay here again some time in the future!

Expensive, but in middle of fiance district. Mall is at the Basement. If you are planning to visit for Biz trip for fiance highly recommended. but for purpose of traveling bad location

Comfortable stay with extremely helpful and friendly staff. The gym was well equipped. The pool was closed when we stayed there but the pictures looked pretty. Would stay here again!

The door of bathroom and closet is one. If you want to open the bathroom, you have to close the closet door. To open the closet door, you have to close the bathroom because it's one big door. During the busy morning time, it's really inconvenient. Also parking during the weekend is really bad and it might take more than one hour to park. They receive upgrade fee for the corner suite even to diamond member. Water pressure on the toilet is not good, so you can see your very dirty something everyday. Location is really good. Staff is kind but they always check I'm entitled to Diamond benefit because my booking is from my company agent which is not eligible for diamond benefits. So I give them one star for it. I'll gave up my hilton membership and will use other hotel chains.

37 Bar & Grill is one of the best restaurants I've been in Seoul. Good food, even better staff. Ate their famous Tomahawk, super satisfied. View at night is just perfect. It's a bit pricey place but worth it.

If you are staying in the business and government district of Seoul then the best hotel choice is the Conrad hotel without any doubt. The hotel is attached to a shopping centre and moments away from parks and the river which gives you plenty of opportunity to go for a walk. It is also served by two Metro lines so you can get most places without any problems. The rooms are big and airy with lots of lights and a good decor. The executive lounge is very big and has two sections and a very nice and warm fireplace. The lounge has an extensive offering for breakfast, afternoon tea and evening food and drinks. The breakfast in restaurant is fabulous and has both international and Korean food, you also have a great view over the park while having your breakfast. Don't miss trying the pool and the indoor pool when you stay there!
