If you ever visit North Korea this would be the ideal vacation spot to go. The guards are sweet and cuddly and they never have their eyes off of you. I would go again but unfortunately i was executed for not peeing in a straight line.

Awesome place to stay for the rest of your life. Good vegetarian food. Clean rooms. And nobody around here is lazy. We're all force to work for the Great Leader of Best Korea. We also get to meet him every once of a year too! Such a "nice" guy. This place is better than any "ISIS" camp and Auschwitz. Definitely a place to die for

Really lovely stay. The supreme leader has his picture everywhere, reminding us of his godliness of which he lets us eat rat and lift random objects around for up to 15 hours a day! with little sleep it really gets you moving and it feels really good to help out the Supreme Leader!

The beds were not comfy enough. The food was nasty. Not a good stay. But I did get to learn how great the Dear Leader was.

You know after hearing about north Korea and how bad they are, I went to a trip and stayed here for a month. It's the total opposite. I had a blast. Really recommended. Best place I've ever been. I'd visit here again💯

This is certainly not the best internment/reeducation camp in the Democratic People's Republic of Korea. The staff is obviously sub-par. Giving out at most, just two beatings a day. Maintenance techs are obvious over achievers, keeping it a steamy 42 degrees during the winter. They even refilled the lantern in my cell after 5 months. The work load is light at only a paltry 16 hours a day, and the security staff has to ask for PERMISSION before they shoot anyone. The only thing saving this camp is the food. They have GREAT food, and LOTS of it. I was given anywhere from twelve to sixteen kernels of corn a day. Yes you heard me! TWELVE TO SIXTEEN A DAY. Sadly, fine dining won't save it from a 2 star review.

Definitely recommend! Absolutely stunning experience; I feel truly transformed. A diet of rats, corn and pictures of our glorious leader has a wondrous effect on the mind and body: never been thinner! Also an amazing workout program (as seen by the picture below), weights for 12 hours a day, and I FEEL THE BURN! Our glorious leader really know how to drive a hard bargain with this 'the next three generations go free' deal, I couldn't help myself. If you're thinking of going to Centre Parks this year, think again!

How can such a wonderful place have bad reviews?
Especially since it is just so great, thanks Kim Jong-Un!
Longing to go back and spend more time here.
    Perhaps, you should too!
Money is no problem, it is practically free!
Exotic local, you should definitely come.

This place is the best, I love it so much that I will definitely visit in next summer! The room service was free and the food was absolutely delicious, especially the fried rats and steamed cabbage soup! The workout was awesome, better than the gyms in the US. I used to be fat but now I'm under 100 pounds! They also have the best 4D gory movies in there too, but you need to be fast to get into the first row. You should come to this place for vacation with your families and friends, I highly recommend!

i liked the three generation special. it was pretty rustic, although they could have done better if they didn't use metal so much. they did have some wood though, and i had an experience being whipped while sawing it. they even had you forage for food, and on top of that you might even be beaten by staff. very cool. overall 4/5 would come back

I've always been the adventurous type, so I decided on a NK vacation 10 years ago.
They were way too nice in Pyongyang, right up until the time I inquired about the whereabouts of the liquor and the hookers. When I asked what was up with all the billboards with the goofy looking fat guys on them, things escalated quickly. Before I knew it I found myself in Kaechon making all sorts of new friends. The daily floggings really make you feel alive, but nothing like that lucky guy that actually did manage to violate Kim's ban against "singing or dancing, merrymaking or recreation". What a rush it must be being tied to a stake and having an 82mm mortar round dropped on your noggin! A real once in a lifetime event to say the least.
The food was a little scarce, but I would have to say they have the best grilled dogs ever.
Lots to do, never a dull moment, so live life on the edge and visit Kaechon today!

This place is outstanding! I was invited here on an exclusive invitation by the all mighty Kim Jung Un, or as his friends call him, Kimmy.. I had a really nice stay, and got to know many of the families also staying there as well. The food was great, and I didn't even have to pay a thing! Kimmy said that if I wanted, I could bring my whole family down for a nice long stay! I'll be back soon!

This place is phenomenal. Rooms are free. So is the food if you can find any. And they have a great workout regimen: hike 14 miles each day to a field and plow for 17 hours straight. I feel so buff after my stay here. We'll be back soon!

Five Star Review! I had such a great experience at Kaechon, we ate rats every week for our one week meal, and work hard to lose muscle! I would recommend this place for everyone.

I didn't pay anything for my reeducation! They have phenomenal diet plans as I lost 90 pounds in the 30 years of forced labor I was assigned to! All hail the glorious supreme leader Kim Jong-un! If you are reading this please contact the United States Military I need help. (joke)

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked this hotel on there and they had the cheapest rates around

The location of the hotel is the best! Right across from the torture museum and just steps away from all the restaurants and bars. A very lively area. The property is beautiful, very majestic and regal. Definitely a very classy place.

We stayed in a one-bedroom suite, with modern decors and very comfortable accommodations.

    Free WiFi!

    I give it 5 stars!

    Came for mandatory re-education.
Left with my heart full of True Korea citizen unwavering loyalty and my stomach full of chilled grass clipping soup.
I was only there for 25 short years. At times I miss it but then I remember the hot sauce and gunpowder enemas every Tuesday and the mandatory Waterboarding every Wednesday. I'll stick to being most loyal Korean and not ever steal a cabbage leaf again. Not that I really can.I conveniently lost both hands at camp. #thank

I've stayed at many bed and breakfasts, and this one would get five stars if it had served breakfast. Technically, there was a bed, if your sleep number happens to be 9,000 it would be perfect for you. The staff were not too friendly, but I didn't know what they were saying anyway, so it could just be cultural differences. Dinner was not bad; it arrived on my fourth day. I would recommend it to some people with a few caveats.

Amazing experience, couldn't get enough of the small pot of rice you got once a day, and the rock beds were so comfortable, they reminded me so much of home!! 15 hours of forced labour every day is an excellent workout routine!! Anyone wanting the best of the BEST KOREA should stop by for a few decades, amazing experience. Thank you Great Leader for your kindness!!
