  Am sorry to say we had an unpleasant experience tonight which has been confirmed as others as not a one off.
  Having lived in Phnom Penh for 3.5 years this is the worst sort of behavior.
  Jaigermeister on Menu $4.00
  Bill arrives $5.50.
  We point out the error put the bill in the menu and ask for cashier to redo the bill.
  Bill comes back with "no that is the price, its an old menu"
  Both man and lady(cashier) stood staunch.
  We reacted accordingly ie stop cheating your customers paid the $4 and left.
  As I say, when recounting this to other friends they reported similiar problems. They just paid up and left!
  s I say, love Phnom Penh never had anything like this problem before
