One of the best and expensive bistro in Phnom Penh riverside. But they serve good western foods and variety type of drinks. Real cozy and at time romantic place to date your love one for drinks and dine follow by !

Great place on Riverside with excellent western food. Each meal I tried there was always good, with a preference for the "Cocotte" meals :)

In on a Saturday and the place was booming because of happy hour 10pm - 12am. Waitstaff immediately moved my group from table to bar when she saw a spot open up (thanks!). Drinks reasonable price and excellent quality, dj was good, food also excellent.

Amazing choice of cocktails here with knowledgeable staff. Wednesday's are ladies night so it's buy one get one free. Food a little pricey but quality is there. Most cocktails are priced at $5

Always busy, great food and cocktails. Livens up especially later in the evening. DJ and excellent bar staff (and waitstaff but I always sit at the bar).
Good place for a steak, oysters, pizza or cocotte.

Funky bar, the unassuming bar staff prepared cocktail perfection in front of our very eyes and kept the bar snacks flowing. Pricing was very reasonable considering the plethora of ingredients being used and much cheaper than a lot of the over priced plush hotel bars. Food look very good as well, we had skewers which were lovely but other food being delivered to the punters looks very good.

An upscale fusion restaurant/bar along the riverfront in Phnom Penh. As with its sister bar in Bangkok it mainly targets the more affluent tourist and richer local population. The food was okay but not as good as the branch in Bangkok. A nice ambience and a good selection of wines available.

An upmarket venue. Excellent service from professional staff. Good high value food and wine choices. Certainly one of the best places in the city to try.
The only downside on our visit was that two young ladies (methinks, working girls) were using language that is unfit for the general public to hear. Families were walking in front with small children. One lady in particular was rather loud in her Anglo Saxon usage. This behaviour and foul language is unnecessary and uncalled for in such a high-end establishment.
I'm not adverse to the language use myself, however in front of children - what charming clients.

Definitely best restaurant in Phnom Penh!
I come frequently to this city and I always enjoy my time in Oskar Bistro. This place is not only a fashion lounge to have some nice and rare cocktails but also a great restaurant with special combination. You will enjoy this relaxed place with its great staff and professional management.
