For a hostel, pretty neat and worth the price. Towels and extra pillows and sheets are provided. Amazing view of the river, as well.

one of the best dorms I have ever stayed in my 7year backpacking experience. The view is equal a 5star hotel offer. The staff is nice. and it is so damn cheap. water isnt free but it is Phnom Penh, clean water is an issue. Would highly recommend this to anyone traveling to PP

Up eight flights of stairs! This does mean great views over the Tonle Sap, but just be warned it's a mission after walking around all day. Staff are super friendly and help out with tours and bus tickets to other cities at fair prices. Breakfast is yummy, and the bar serves pretty cheap alcohol.

Grim. Checked in at 8.30 pm someone was on my bed til 10.pm just what you want after a days travel. I asked if it was cleaned after. Pretty sure they didnt

Nice hostel. The rooms were cold which was very nice and you stay in your own little pod: very private. The bar is cool and has a nice ambiance. Only downside is the many many stairs you have to climb to get there!

Great bar and restaurant with 6 floors. Awesome view and good prices. Watched the water festival brom the top balcony. They have cheap accommodation too but I have no idea how it is, I stayed at Paragon Central skybar and hotel (recommended)

Fantastic views and decent quality of the services it provides, however the facilities on offer are rather bare bones, and the layout of the hostel is rather undesirable (4 stories tall and having to walk around the bar to get to the showers/toilet is a tad inconvenient). But $3 a night it is good value for money, even within Cambodia, especially considering the great location.

It was a beautiful place where you can sa a lovely view from the top of building and less crowded. Food was lovely and welcoming staff from Deurt and Pov. ( hope I spell right) try here if you can. It was wonderful and you will have a chance to see sunset as well

This is fantastic hostel on the Mekong River. For most backpackers, the accommodation this is perfect. Location, cheap accommodation and cheap drinks. Please be aware that the staff may seem a bit disorganised at times but it recently opened and there are a few bugs in the system, not the bed. After scouting Phnom Penh for a few hours, we switched hostels for Panorama Mekong Hostel. Just do it.

Cost was fair at $6 a night. Restaurants from first floor up to the bar / balcony on the top floor charge american prices (I figure that's where they make there money) - so like $2 for a coke for instance. Shower / Bathroom and Staff were fine. Beds were cleanish.

Because it's in a touristy part of town, about 20 TukTuk drivers will ask you if you want a ride the moment you go out which is more annoying than convenient. Quite a few beggers / drug dealer types hang around the river park.
