Morning bartender is the most helpful person in the country. English speaking from US. Makes great iced coffee if you ask. Also family of monkeys live on the roof.

Great staff got in at the middle of the night and was welcomed and giving all the info i needed as my bag did not make it. Allen set me up with my room which is quiet and confey.

Stayed at this place for a couple of days. When I arrived they claimed they didn't have any rooms which I had already paid for through agoda. After a phone call it was sorted although the chick is super blonde about everything. Room did have a big hole in the ceiling bathroom hatch so slight security concern. Sure this is sorted now. Guard dog looks fierce but probably harmless. Safes in room with safe style doors. Bit of an older expat scene going on here, probably some Asian woman around at night. I left some of my belongings in the room when I left, they returned them to me.

Rude staff and owners. The place is nothing like the pictures and it's dirty even for the budget traveler. When my friends arrived all the staff was either drunk or on drugs. They made a big deal about a request for a change in room because the matters was dirty and completely worn with a huge indentation in the middle. Upon request to change room owner through a fit and let his dog launch and attack my friend. When we requested a refund, they yelled profanities at them and refused to give them their money back. They even had the nerve to claim that is Cambodia and they should not be expecting more. The irony is that they were not Cambodian themselves. I have been in Cambodia and stayed at a few places and this was unacceptable and sad that they would give Cambodian hospital such a bad name and reputation with their behavior and poor maintenance of their guesthouse. Don't stay here, don't be fooled and definitely don't let them scam you into paying before you get to see the room. Worst experience ever!!!

Great place to grab a beer, eat a snack and play pool. Always ask for the pulled pork sliders.
