Location is great, but hotel quality of average at best, the room we booked was full so they moved us to a room without balcony or bathtub. Which was disappointing.

Oh God ..what can I say .It's excellent taste and recipes .And it really saves your vacation in Siem Rep .Worth tasting the food here .My friend had Sea food friend rice and I had vegetarian .They are well tailored to our needs here .
Will surely make the visit here again and recommend to friends .
Special thanks especially to waiters Khen and Pidos ..so kind and well mannered and understand what we want ..

I have not stayed in the hotel, so this part I can't rate, BUT The Moon cuisine restaurant is AWESOME!!! It was the only place I went on more than one occasion. The food is great and reasonably priced, the service is top notch atmosphere is nice with free WiFi and indoor/outdoor seating.

The local management is hopeless and not very customer oriented. Just some of the issued I had: they promote airport pickup, that's why I booked them via Agoda, submitted flight details. Arrived at airport, nobody there, waited 1 hour then made my way to hotel on my own. Reply from manager, it happens sometimes. Huh? Alright, they reimbursed my extra costs next day. Secondly they have a 2 tier menu system, Tom Yam between 3$ in menu to $5, of course they charged the higher price, even I had the lower price menu, again discussions with management, reimbursed. Then I tried booking via Traveloka, went through, although they didn't honor the free breakfast with Traveloka at first, wanted me to pay extra. Huh? Discussions (again) over 2 days, I had my hotel voucher which stated clearly including breakfast. Also, the WiFi isn't working in the rooms, mostly lobby only. Some used glasses weren't cleaned up over 2 days in public area, althogh staff is walking by all the time. City was fully booked due to CNY or I would have left earlier

The moon Villa and Coffee is a best place in town very close to Pop Street and old market the real khmer hospitality and nice artist decoration. the staffs they so friendly and helpful. I am strongly recommend this hotel and restaurant to all travellers who wish to get comfortable stay in town.

Strategic location, close enough to almost everywhere in town. Just a stroll from Pub Street, Old Market and Night Market.
Clean room, odourless sheets. No fan and air-conditioning seems underpowered but adequate. Working bathroom.response / report this review
