近くのレストランで食事をした後、トゥクトゥクをつかまえるためにぶらぶらと歩いていたら、店の前でコーヒー豆を焙煎している小さなお店を見つけました。それがここSo Wat Cofee Roastersです。コーヒー豆の直売所かと思って店を覗いてみると、テーブル席がいくつかあったので、ここで食後のコーヒーを飲むことにしました。さすが、焙煎したてほやほやのコーヒーは、香りが際立って、とても美味しかったです！思わず、お土産にコーヒー豆も買ってしまいました。シェムリアップに来たら、ぜひまた訪れたいコーヒーショップです。

A simple no nonsense coffee place; Not well equipped for patron to sit and enjoy coffee - I hope they will someday- but coffee to good enough for me. The house blend beans is available for sale

Great place to explore baristas with passion. The price is pretty low and the taste is awesome. I like my coffees and this place is a great place to enjoy a decent coffee. They also have a small booth around Suvatha Street. Do it!!!
