The smoothie bowl was ambrosial, perfect cappuccino, perfect flaky buttery croissant. Best mid morning meal I've had in town. Wish I was here long to try more.
The pastry is just so damn good. Iced Coffee is just a charming way of beating the Cambodian heat. A good chillout place after breakfast and before lunch. Not too expensive, as well. They also have books of different languages, for every bibliophile's reading pleasure.
Amazing bakery for an amazing cause. Went there everyday! Strongly recommend. Pastries especially the limón pie Is amazing. Way better than some bakery in France. Help underprivileged girls by degusting an amazing cake. what else?
Amazing coffee/pastry shop in Siem Reap! Not only do they make good food, it's a good cause - teaching underprivileged women skills that will get them jobs in high end resteraunts and hotels. Feels good to support this place. Plus the brunch is a fabulous combination of sweets/quiche/coffee/fruit
Quiet spot, hidden from the main, dusty roads. Lovely staff, great pastry and the possibility to watch the students learning how to make cakes. Must see in Siem Reap
Coffee, Fresh fruit, and homemade yogurt were great. Nice quiet spot to hang out
If you are looking for a quick bite and a great cup of coffee with a view at a beautiful garden then this is your place!
As the name implies, "Bayon Pastry School Coffee Shop" is a pastry school and offers vocational training to women from underprivileged backgrounds. Pastry, cakes and quiches are their specialty. The quiches and cakes come fresh out of the oven and croissants are on par with the ones you get in France! If you want you can take a seat at the giant kitchen window and watch apprentices master their craft or you can lay back in a comfy bamboo chair and enjoy the beatiful garden. The coffee is very good.
For $7,5 I've had a delicious, juicy quiche with banana-ginger bread, chocolate-croissant, a fresh fruit salad and a smoothy. Everything was fresh and cooked to order. Superb!
The menu caters to vegetarians and carnivores alike and the pricing is very reasonable. The staff is also super nice. I won't hesitate to recommend this place!
Great good cause dining. I had the chocolate Christmas log which was really tasty and the coffee here is good too. Nice and relaxing courtyard to spend some time in. Unfortunately it was closed on the morning of the new year so I couldn’t sample their breakfast.
Really nice place to sit back and enjoy a nice cup of coffee and pastry in a quite atmosphere.
Love the place and food. The brunch is huge and will fill you with joy ! A small piece of heaven in Siem Reap
My mango and coconut tart was absolutely delicious, and everything else on display looked amazing.
The setting is idyllic, tucked away in a quiet side street. It's only a short stroll from the hustle and bustle of the centre, yet it feels a different world.
This is no ordinary coffee shop: it's a pastry school for underprivileged Cambodian girls teaching them a skill to change their lives, such a great cause!
Croissants & pie is veryfresh and good. however they have 'illy coffee' but they can't make delicious coffee. And why did not you just give me water? I saw them give water to Westerners. But them didn't give water to me. Is it because I am Asian?
Like an Oasis, out of the hustle and bustle, the Bannon Pastry School Coffee shop offers ,an array of cake and pastry delights , to be enjoyed with coffee and other drinks. Also a breakfast menu and other treats.
Surely one of the nicest place for breakfast, coffee break and afternoon chill! Love it !
Place is pleasant and they have "Illy" coffee which is a plus, but they just can't make espresso (too long, too light, too dark, costs 1,75$) cakes are ok but expensive (3$). Nice staff. Nice hidden place but maybe not worth the price.
Fantastic croissants and drinks in a beautiful location. Impressive school and students!
Take me back. I was in Siem Reap for a week. I spent approx. 3 days just sitting and eating and working at this cafe. It was a little hidden paradise. Get the brunch on Sunday, enough food to last me a whole day! nom nom nom.
Clean and freindly. .. simple venue
Very good pastry. It was excellent and we loved every bite we tasted. Also a nice place to relax as it is located in a calm side street.
A lil cafe tucked away at the end of a narrow alley. Serves really nice pastry and coffee. They are part of a pastry school for underprivileged women.
Love this place. They serve freshly made croissants and breads. Their banana cake was also lovely. Cappuccino and latte was delightful. It has a wholesome feel. Would go back for their other breads if I have the chance to head back again 👍
