As with most local gyms, unmaintained and, well, lacks the glitz of those fancy ones. But it is what it is. And for a single $, it provides enough of a good workout for those looking to maitain their routine even when on vacation.

Had a private kickboxing lesson as new beginner - it was fun! I can recommend to everyone.

Training here was a highlight of my short time in Siem Reap! I had a great time. I was interested in the kickboxing/Kun Khmer scene in Cambodia and discovered this gym. The training was informative and challenging, and the coaches were all patient, supportive and eager to share their knowledge and experience. They take the sport seriously and work at whatever level you are at, whether beginner or advanced. I had trained some Muay Thai at home, so learning about the history and presence of Kun Khmer, as well as the similarities and differences with Muay Thai was a real treat.
If you are in Siem Reap and want a demanding workout while getting a glimpse of real Cambodian kickboxing in a friendly atmosphere, come to this gym. 👍 Thank you Ly, Flex, and Peng for the opportunity!

Only $1 for a day pass! Has pretty good equipment if you're into weights. Also specialises in boxing.

MrLy Gym has improved so much. Provide a lot of more space for cross-fitting, kickboxing space, many more gym equipment. Yet price is same same $1. Welcome everyone. Staff cleans the gym very often , still free towel. Protein shake is still $2 for a very good whey powder.

75 cent for local people including expats living in Siem Reap. $1 for tourists. Protein shake ($2) and drinking water ($0.5) sells at same price as local people pay. Kickbag, space for cross fit, bicycles, sorry no treadmill, many free weights and gym machine just good for leg or upper body work out. Very close to town. The owner used to increase $2 for tourists for a short period of time only but now he decides to drop to $1. I highly recommend tourists come to this gym for supporting local business and people.

Its okay for a local gym and is better as a kickboxing place, but there are two other options that are each better for weights. The issue is that most of the weights and machines are falling apart. It's hard to find anything, some of the weights are falling off the sides. A similar and cheaper option $1 is Angkor Muscle Gym. There's also Inter Fitness above the Thai Huoc for $5 but has two towels and some air conditioning. Both the others have more weights. I would've returned here but after the first day I felt I used everything usable. Also keep in mind this is an outdoor gym with a covered roof.

New Price is 2 Dollar for a day ticket.
Gym is equipped with everything necessary. Staff is friendly.
Toilet, Bathroom and changing room is Cambodia style.
So is the gym, a bit dirty, definitely no western style, but if u are a backpacker and don't assume to much, it will be good for u.
Just the Boxingarea is really poor and the punchingbags are really light.

Entrance only 1$ and you get all the basic equipment you need for a good workout. They let you borrow a towel for free.

Unlike most gyms I've visited they play pretty good music there that boosts your training and motivates you to push those few extra reps. Also very friendly people there.

It's not the modernest gym with all the weights in tiptop shape, buy nothing a real traveler who does workout cant handle. Highly recommended. Protein mix for 2$!

Great Kun Khmer kickboxing training! Super friendly, very technical and a great workout. If I had more time, I'd train here more.

    Fantastic gym.
    $1 is an amazing place.
    Everyone there was so friendly.
If you need a gym while in Siem Reap then this is the one. Free weights, machines, boxing ring and a nice matted area to warm up
