Beautiful lobby and common areas, best breakfast we've had in Cambodia. Very friendly staff. The rooms however could use a little upgrade, and ours had a view of the filthy back alley and rusty tin roof of the neighbours. Mildew smell in the room that i think was coming from the airconditioner. Spotty Wifi. For the price we paid, not great value.

+ Extremely beautiful hotel, very friendly staff, nice and comfortable rooms, amazing breakfast, and close to Kampot center (where all shops and restaurants are) and to the river.
- Our Minus: The WiFi could be better (it disconnected shortly often), and the AC dropped some water one night..

Un hotel pequeño con cuidado estilo colonial.Ambiente familiar y cercano con una atencion impecable.Habitaciones muy cuidadas y completamente equipadas.
Ojo en lo malo
No hay ascensor y las escaleras se las traen.No apto para gente con problemas de movilidad.
