Some of the menu items weren't available and only had two ciders available as in we ordered three but they ran out. Service was very slow with no apologies. Food was ok in the end but nothing to write home about.

We reserved and paid for or room through Agoda, mentioning that we would arrive late. When we arrived they had already given our room to someone. They would not refund our money or find us another room. They blamed Agoda but I contacted them and it's not true. The owner simply thought he could make more money and rented the same room twice.

Monstrous big building with views on parking lot and enormous restaurants fit for large Chinese groups who like betting and eating. Food is good.

Bed bugs!! - 56 bites over 2 nights here. Unfortunately they came out to feast last night (the second night). Room also so run down. Sheets stained with old blood spots (on hindsight now I know what they are) and chair stained badly-didn't dare sit on it, furnishings in room and outside falling apart. Two other types of bugs also found under my sheet at same time-3am. Whole place in bad need of cleaning and repairs.
Staff however very polite and friendly -this is however not enough for me to ever go back.response / report this review -

We went there for dinner and had the pork BBQ (special of the night for 5,5 $) and it was really tasty and a good portion. Really good value for money. Our friend had a salad and it was very good as well.

Brilliant atmosphere, welcoming staff, we watched a live band playing during the readers and writers festival and had a lovely night.
