very oldest facility in hotel. Tv was out of order, no towels, the worst Wi-Fi so only can use in Lobby. I will never recommend others.

30$ for a room on the 6th floor, would make it a budget hotel anywhere but in Kampot. Room was OK, but we spotted a few spider. The water was not hot enough for our 3 month old baby and the hotel maintenance willingly opened the valves on our request to solve this issue. There are free parking outside. The Aircon was noisy at full speed but enough to keep you fresh.

Awesome hotel. They will arrange an early breakfast if you need and they are all very friendly even though most of the time they can't speak Much English. It's walking distance from the river and the rusty key hole restaurant
