I love this place beautiful beach, the room is covered with palm trees for privacy. The main entrance walk by a beauitful blue clear water pool, the room has everything you want, big shower heaps of hot water with pressure, a massive bed, cable tv, place to hang clothes so they dry, air conditioning. Quiet at night, multi region power points and comfortable soft mattress.
Easy to unwind, love sitting on the beach been served cambodia draught all day then a sleep in the room with delicious dinner walking distance away.

We stayed at Spayhity for over 3 weeks. The owners were helpful and the girls working there was alwayes happy and nice.
Room was Nice and all 10 rooms had a Lovely terass with a lot of plants and komfortabel furnitures.

Accommodation ok and quite new, nice deck and plantings, nice quiet location, good beach access. Less great kitchen and the room cleaning crew very hit and miss. No shopping nearby. It is a little remote but Otres1 beach is an easy walk, and you can walk to town-but it is a long way. Hosts have scooters to rent. We were unlucky to arrive after a storm and no hot water, tv on blink, intermittent power, and we were not entirely comfortable about hygiene (me-'There's a dead rat in the pool' them-'No problem water treated yesterday, is clean, ok to swim' no thanks)

We love Spayhiti! The German owners are great! The location is ideal - between busy Ocheteal (sp?) and hippy Otres. If you stay, be sure to eat at the Aloha bar and tell our friends we say hi!

We checked-in Dec. 30 so the room rate was a bit overpriced because of the approaching New Year. A lot of tourists are coming in to celebrate New Year in SHV so naturally, all hotels are full. It wasn't the usual rate in the area of Ochheuteal and Otres Beach during regular days. I've booked through Agoda and i was expecting that they will apply my Genius benefits (2hrs. early check-in/2hrs. late checkout) but i was surprised that it wasn't honored by the owner. Accdg. to him, it's their own decision and prerogative to allow such allowance and not Agoda's lookout. So, i was really disappointed by that. Most of my hotel bookings in other countries like Malaysia, Vietnam, Laos, Singapore, Philippines and also in Cambodia i do it through Agoda and there was never a problem claiming my benefits, it was always automatic so i like using Agoda. First time to be declined here. I don't know if it's because we are Asians, or maybe, benefits are only honored by big hotels and not by inns like Spayhiti. So, heads up to guests who are expecting additional hours on their stay. Manage your booking online very well to avoid miscommunication. Nevertheless, it was an enjoyable stay on our part. The German couple/owners manages and runs the place well. The staff are helpful. Clean rooms with free wifi. They provide towels and mats if guests opts to stay at the beachfront. Breakfast was included in our roomrate. AC working well. There's a lake behind the property and there's a seating area where guests can dine and relax. The property is a bit far from the center but there are motors and tuktuks for hire frequenting the area. For $3, you can get a tuktuk to take you to town. There's a great resto right beside the Spayhiti, it's Sunset Lounge ( also owned by a lovely German couple) and they serve good and reasonably priced foods. No need to go very far if you want great tasting food!

Good location near the beach, hotel has its beach seats with specific towels, amenities ok. AC (LG) quite noisy, room a bit pricey. Glass bathroom's glass look-through door might be funny for single/couple but not always.

You can sit along with the sea in the front and lake on the side. Very good place to relax.

Super Hotel! Ich war 5 Nächte in diesem Hotel, ich kann es jedem empfehlen. Die Zimmer und die ganze Anlage ist sehr sauber. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und in der Nacht ist es ruhig. Es hat auch 2 gute Restaurants und Bars neben an. Der Besitzer und seine Frau sind sehr sympathisch, hilfsbereit und extrem nett.
