  I would say that overall this hotel is pleasant and is probably one of the best on Otres Beach but I have given it a 3 star for the following reasons:
  
  1) Service is good but not to the same excellent standards seen in other Cambodian hotels of the same price range
  
  2) the little things tend to annoy you like constantly having to login to the wifi, aircon not being cold enough (maybe to do with the design of each villa having a flat roof)
  
  3) although it mentions in the name “beach resort” - I was deceived into thinking that it was beach front - in actual fact you will have cross a muddy road and track through a business before arriving on the beach itself - and in high tide, you probably cannot walk on the beach as each restaurant/bar that owns the beach front, places their chairs/sun beds on the beach (please do a google map search to verify my comments)
  
  I really wanted to like this place as I booked it for 4 nights (single longest in my trip through Cambodia & Thailand) but it was unfortunately it was not what I thought it would be.

  Awesome place to stay. Very interesting idea with bathrooms(open air). Friendly stuff and just 1 minute walking to the beach.

  Very nice boutique hotel.
  They have a few competitors on Otres 1 & 2 but definitely one of the best boutique hotels there. The hotel looks brand new (as of Dec. 17) and our bungalow was super clean and tidy. We had bungalow 104 right by the pool, well located. The staff is super nice and the restaurant is very popular. You see a lot of people coming just for dinner.

  Lovely clean hotel. The bedrooms are large, and their is a great outdoor bathroom, with nice large fluffy towells not postage stamps. We were very comfortable in our rooms which had both air conditioning and fans. The food caters for both Western and Asian diets, both wich were delicious. The staff are very friendly, and the manager is very wecoming. Will be going back to this resort again in the future.

  Facing quiet beach front away from the crowds. Facilities in hotel and nearby limited but town is only a 15 min ride away

  Wonderful people, nice property at a good location across the road from the beautiful Otres beach, very clean and well maintained. The only negative was the air conditioning. Whether the AC was not strong enough, or the concrete design of the bungalows absorbed too much heat it was impossible to cool the room down during the day. Only well after the sunset did the AC manage to bring the temperature down. For a fancy resort in Cambodia this is a major shortcoming. Otherwise would be 5 stars.

  Nice boutique hotel. Located on Otres Beach 1 it's top rated. The swimming pool is tiny. No restaurant on the beach as appears on the map.
