Very friendly personell in a big hotel near the pier. Rooms are good value for money though a bit smelly due to high humidity. Nice pool area which i unfortunately could not use due to the big constant noise created by the emergency generator. The entire area where the hotel is located cannot be recommend for a relaxing holiday. I would always prefer otres beach. All other beaches next to Sihanoukville are extremely dirty and full of waste. A lot of construction areas all around and casinos as a result of massive chinese investments which strongly changed tourism here in the last years.

Staff very unprofessional, even by Cambodian standards. Rooms are ok, though a liitle bit dirty and havent seen a renovation for a long time. The pool is very nice and big.

Nice hotels with great views over the bay. A bit exy but for a one night stay quite good. Very close to all the action on the beach.

For a 4 star hotel the service here is terrible. After we checked in, we didn't get offered our bags to be taken up to our room, just shown where the lift was. We got to our room, we must have found about 4 or 5 different kinds of bugs including cockroaches. For breakfast the next morning everything looked like it had been laying around for hours and there was fly's in almost everything they were serving. No staff around to ask for something fresh. The only plus, is the swimming pool, this was fantastic.

Hotel ..as so many.has to chose to accomodate Chinese tourist and see the western people move to Other hotels.. they proposed An upgrade at check in and offered room.with sea view But we refused same ..as the front side is noisy during the night bcs of the beach night "clubs".
Room is perfect..good AC bed and Shower. The Breakfast that was included and could not be refunded is Below standard and not worth the money. I not understand that the hotel management is doing nothing about this. So if you van Coop with the Chinese mentality and are offered a price of 35 dollar a night this hotel is worth a try.

Lots of signs in the hotel warning about prostitutes. I know they ban them, but it's clearly not working. The rooms are ok but it feels a bit seedy at times. I don't really need to have a plaque in my room telling me the hotel is not a brothel.

Very clean friendly safe and always helpful. Stayed here for a couple of years now never have to worry about about anything. Just a few steps away from the night life and beach but also quiet.
