Been staying here every year since new. Clean and in a very good location. A few minutes walk to clean beach and good restaurants and bars. The staff are some of the best we have come across. Excellent value with breakfast included.

The room is basic & small but has a balcony with nice view of the ocean & sunset. Bathroom is horribledirty & not function properly. The hotel however is in good locationclose to the pier, restaurants & motorcycle rental places. Their breakfast catered to Chinese clientele which hangout all over the place all day long!

The hotel was nice, the accomdation was about a 3 minute walk from the pier (which you can use to go to a nicer beach, if I was staying there longer I'd go to one of the islands, because they were much nicer) they didn't replace our towels because they said we only got one for the day, however the room we stayed in had really good AC (room 002, in the lobby) and our valuables were stored I nthe lobby in a safe locked with a customer-based password. WiFi was terrible, I'd probably stay somewhere else if I came back but if you get all good deal it's worth it

No wifi access in room and very slow even in lobby. The room looks good and has a lot of space, view to the sea was nice. The bathroom has no curtain and everything gets wet.

Affordable and the place is pretty nice. It would have been better if you did a little renovation to the hotel, but the stay was pleasant and good.
It takes 6 or 7 minutes to get to the beach, and it's not that bad. You can enjoy a little walk to the sea as morning exercise.

AVOID!!! The room smelled musty, there was a hige mold on the ceiling of the room (some of my friends had the same kind of mold growing in their rooms), and one of my friends found bugs in her bed. Also, note that not every room has a window (i.e. there is no way to allow outside light in. This is probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed at (and I travel a lot).
