we stayed in this living nightmare only one night (thanks God)
there were power outages every 20min. After the first outage they had run their our generator so it was EXTREMELY loud, also in our room. We asked to change the room. they gave us a room a bit further away from the generator and it was not loud anymore. And yeah, there was was neither wi-fi in this room nor 4G reception, so we couldn't use the internet at all!
Then the generator started to fail! Just imagine, I'm in the shower, the light goes off, the water becomes cold like in a horror movie.
After all of that I've lost my temper and went to the reception to demand a refund. The staff have been very impolite and said they are not going to refund even a cent because it's not their fault (they knew I'd leave the other day).
After all that circus nothing has left for me but to take some of the property from the room as a refund. Think that was pretty fair.
p.s. oops, almost forgot, there was just a hose instead of a showerhead. Just a hoseresponse / report this review
