Was in Kampot again so stayed here for 6 nights. Hotel is located very bear the main tourist eateries. Everything was the same as the last visit, Good size and clean rooms BUT if you want a good WiFi signal then it's best to get a room near the stairs. The stairs can be a problem if you have walking difficulties. The staff are very welcoming and always smiling. No hot water but then I am used to that, TV and AC in the rooms as well as a fan. $7 USD per night for non AC. Good value.
