We booked two nights in this hostel 10 days ago, we arrived tonight and the guest told us that he was having troubles with the booking platform lately and that he did not have any room for us anymore!! What is the meaning of booking a room if the guest tells you that there is no room for you when you arrive after a long bus journey? He barely apologized and sent us to another fully booked guesthouse. We have been told this is not the first time that it happens with this guesthouse! Now we have to pay 3 times the price for a room in Kampot! Do not book there, do not go there!
