  This guest house offer clean room at good prices. You can rent motorbike and book for anything you need in there. The mininat is really usefull. The guesthouse is located in the middle of the town, near the river.

  I always stay here when I visit Kampot, and with good reason! Rooms are spacious, clean and cheap. $8 for a double fan room, better than any grotty riverside hut. Even has a hot shower!
  
  Lots of parking space inside for motos and bicycles. The owner is great and even organised car rental for $25 for 24 hours so we could drive up Bokor mountain and to Kep ($10 of petrol if you're curious).
