Nice double room with ensuit and fan for 10 dollars. The whole room was quite cool despite no ac in mid March. Decent moped rented for 5 dollars. Let us leave luggage for a night and to rent the bike for an unlimited time so that we could do what was needed. A bit far from town but only 10 minutes walking. Overall very good experience.

Excellent guesthouse run by a lovely, very helpful young couple, both spoke very good english. Extremely clean and comfortable, actually stayed here twice on separate occasions, very good value for money. Hired a new automatic scooter from them for 8 days, reasonably priced at $5 a day. We also did our visas for Vietnam through them for $47 each (without passport photos), which we got back within 2 days.
We stayed in the $8 double fan rooms which were great. Our friend stayed in the dorm which was $4 and also looked very comfortable and were all double beds!
Can't recommend enough!

Nice clean place, comfortable Twin Beds, fridge, WiFi good. Bathroom spacious. We actually booked for US 8 a standard double with fan. There was surprisingly no window, was not mentioned in the booking. So be careful, otherwise you have to take the US 10 with twin bed.

Really nice staff and good room. We stayed here for two days. We really enjoyed our stay. The only disappoint thing is the room is really really hot.

My door locked, but it had to be opened by management. The key was extremely difficult to turn. The place was extremely clean, but there was no common area. I wanted to be in a place where I could socialize. Also there was no pool. So I moved. It did have a good AC though.

Brand new hotel very clean, good location, close to market, close to Main Street and quiet, room comes at a very low price, staff is very friendly. Totally recommend this guesthouse.

Brand new hotel! REALLY CLEAN, comfortable and quiet!
Developed by a young Khmer family, it has a good location being close to both the old and the new market, close to the main street but quiet during all periods of the day/night. Room comes at a very low price, but has all the amenities as big name hotels. And a comfy bed!
Very friendly staff, fluent in english, helpfull (got us a good rental scooter, and later even bargained a tuktuk driver in our favor).
Totally recommend this in favour of any "marketed" hostel/guest house in Kampot or Kep :)
