2 star hotel at best. Decor and ambience looks good only in photos, but the place is poorly maintained and run down. Rooms were stained/dirty and the house keeping was a joke. Average breakfast but has reasonable options on al a carte and bar. No escape from flies in the restaurant. Staff were nice and very polite. Offers pick up and drop only by tuk tuk, so arrange your own transportation if you are more than 2.

Friendly staff and nice pool area with outside shower and pool bar.
The place is however very worn and rundown - inside and out. Sheets and towels seem clean but the rest of the room doesn’t look good.
There were a lot of bugs, mosquitoes, and lizards even in the room. And since there is no mosquito net over the bed, I spend most of the night awake being eaten alive.

Wonderful hotel, very close to the nightlife (2$ w/ tuktuk). Reception is always smiling, extremely helpful while picking up from the airport. Spotlessly clean and air conditioned rooms, a refreshing pool included into the cheap prices. Very recommended

Great place, I have only great words about this hotel starting with the staff that are super friendly and making our experience unforgettable and then the food is amazing at very good prices, the room is great, wifi is working everywhere and the pool is .well you can see is great 😁

Rated as 5 stars but more like a 3 star hotel. Place a bit run down. Some of the room furniture literally fell apart. The air-con also not working properly. The room itself is spacious but the floor and bathroom not clean.

Didn't get Breakfast as I ordered even a day. Water pressure is low and it wasn't so clean but when it comes to the srevices, they are great!!

Hard to believe that this kind of hotel has communication problems. Airco switched off during the night, towels were not that clean, the shower has mould on the walls. The hotel provides tuk tuk drivers that are very expensive and drive too fast on bumpy routes. The staff is very kind and the food is delicious.

Nice hotel to stay in Siem Reap although it is a bit out of town but for 1-2 dollars per ride you are in town in less than 5 minutes with a tuk tuk. Unfortunately the front desk was in parts not very knowledgeable about trips to Angkor Wat and tours were also more expensive then booking directly with a tuk tuk driver. Nevertheless we felt very comfortable and would always come back

A little bit far away (around 2 kms I think) from the city center but very authentic, clean place to stay. Personnel was very friendly, respectful and helpful. I spent 2 nights and enjoyed a lot.

The good, the difficult and the better.
Clean rooms and decent decor (in our second room). The bathroom was nice and shower though small had style. The room was large and clean with bed side tables and plentiful outlets. Balcony with small sitting area and bath tub overlooked the pool area.
Lee the manager was super nice, polite and helpful and took care of us after a difficult arrival and check in. Lee provided 4 star service.
The staff upon check-in and after a long weary trip on a motor bike was not what I was hoping for the price and 4 star rating. (Again Lee fixed this the next day) 1st room was a bit dirty and mold where the AC drained into the shower. Soiled walls and door jams. Lee moved us to a much better and cleaner 2nd room.
Welcome drink and fruit platter were provided on the 2nd day. Lobby was under construction.
Pool is awesome and the swim up bar was fun :)
Overall we would stay here again or wherever Lee worked ;)response / report this review -

I originally booked for home indochine. I was surprised when the hotel tuktuk driver brought me here instead because the airconditioner at home indochine was broken. To make up for it, i was granted a free day tour's use of the tuktuk (saved me $12). I stayed for 5 days and my stay was perfect! the employees are all nice -- special mention to Mr. Dy. He accommodated all my requests.
To add, there was 1 day that i had to leave the hotel by 6am. I was told breakfast cannot be served this early but i can be given fruits. When i got to the resto, the waiter cooked my breakfast!!! Complete with eggs, ham, bacon and rolls.
The staff made my stay in siem reap really good!response / report this review
