Short version: Good to stay, but eat outside.
Hotel and rooms are great. Clean, spacious, quiet and well maintained. Tuk tuk service to the city center ( hard rock cafe) is very helpful. Unfortunately the restaurant is highly overpriced and the quality is really disappointing. Breakfast is ok, but for the given price it is not worth.response / report this review -

Great place!! Very peaceful and away from all the boise around town.
Needless to mention, staff are so welcoming and friendly!!!
The mosquitoes are a negative point. They are everywhere. The air conditioning in the room was not powerful enough.
Food at the restaurant is really good!!! Breakfast not so much but the dinner dishes are very good! As a vegetarian, I had some options to mix and match.
The swimming pool is great! Such a bonus for when you finish a very intense and hot day. I’m sure I’ll stay here again.response / report this review -

Great place in Siem Reap! They sent remork (local tuk-tuk) to pick us up from the airport for free. Very nice staff and clean rooms. Pool is wonderful and the food is very good too. It is close to the city (10 mins in remork).

Good value for money, excellent service from the friendly staff. The rooms are nice and spacious. Showers are nice and big. We had a little problem with one of the tours but it was rectified quickly. We did the cooking class and the chef was patient and knowledgable. Unfortunately there was construction going on next door so it was difficult to relax by the pool. The rooms got very humid very quickly and condensation collected if you didn’t leave the a.c on fully. Also the staff for tours had to wake up at 4am and sometimes there would be a lot of noise, occasionally loud music being played. I didn’t have the best nights sleep there, the pillows and duvets weren’t very nice but overall a great hotel for that price. Our Remorque driver ‘Meng’ was brilliant, helpful, good English and very knowledgeable. Picture of him below at Phnom Krom

Staff is very polite and helpful. Tuk tuk service is free till 10 PM and driver were always glad to drop us and pick us up. The swimming pool was well maintained and clean. Everyone could converse well in English. Room was really cool. Recommended.

This was by far my favourite place to stay during our trip throughout Southeast Asia. The staff always went out of their way to make sure you enjoyed your stay. They have really great breakfast that is made fresh when you order and a nice pool. They also provide spa services, and while it is more expensive than places in town, it is definitely worth it! The vast majority of the hotel is outdoors, so expect some bugs to sneak in when you enter your room at night. The rooms were new, comfortable and clean. We were picked up at the airport late at night for free! They offer free shuttle services (via tuk tuk) into the city, and multiple tour options (by tuk tuk, small car, or van) to see all of the sights and attractions in Siem Reap. Our driver, Dara Sal, provided phenomenal service. There have been countless times where we have felt unsafe on tuk tuk rides, but Dara is by far the safest and most reliable driver we have encountered. Make sure you ask for him! We will definitely be staying here again when we come back to Siem Reap, and I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Very friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to make sure my stay was comfortable. They have a 20-minute policy where they aim to solve any room problems within that time. My door lock needed to be fixed and they were quick to respond. Free shuttle to and from the airport, and also to Siem Reap town.

Wonderful boutique hotel. Must have the friendliest staff in all of seim reap. They can not do enough for you. Food was excellent, free tuk tuk rides into town and free airport transfers. The atmosphere is lovely and we would not hesitate to stay with them again. A little gem of a hotel
