Great room. Comfortable bed, good shower, and very clean. Location close to everything. I had a special request and they were very accommodating.

Hotel is nice but unfortunately too close to loud neighbors. Screaming and bass sounds go on till 4am. Some investment into sound resistant windows would go a long way. The staff was very helpful and did change our room, so no grief with hotel/staff/free breakfast just loud neighbors.

The expensive king suite faced the street with music so loud that you can feel vibration of bed. Staff is indeed attentive and close to life. Perhaps too close.

Excellent freindy staff. Rooms are large and beautifully decorated with comfy King bed, flat screen TV, complimentary coffee and hot - hot water for the bathtub.

Priced very well for a room like this on a quiet street.

I have been coming to Siem Reap most every year since 2010. This is my favourite place. It has no bugs, staff is friendly and competent, rooms clean and adequate. I like the location a lot. It is not a five star hotel like a Ritz but all things considered to be it is five stars.

Great location next to pub street. Good speed WIFI and unlimited. Limited parking spot. If only they could find me a taxi to airport I would give a five star.
