The hotel was very comfortable and the small swimming pool was a definite bonus in the hot weather. The availability of tuk-tuks to take us to the Angkor Wat temple complex at very reasonable rates was a big plus. And the hotel even has a free shuttle tuk-tuk to take you downtown whenever you want. Even the meals - both Western and Khmer - are reasonably priced and very tasty. The staff- who all seem incredibly young - were exceptionally attentive and couldn't have done more for us. All in all, an ideal place to stay in Siem Reap.

This hotel was a mixed bag for me but largely was left with a feeling of disappointment. Starting with my arrival, I messaged hotel well in advance when my flight was arriving so I could get my free airport transport that was advertised. They neither responded or picked me up. Okay, so it happens, and taxi was pricey for Cambodia $9 usd.

Then as we pull in there were 2 obvious prostitutes outside the front of the hotel as I walked in. I thought maybe just a seedy area perhaps, and it was night. I get in and get my room which was largely spacious and clean, turn on the light in washroom and bug scrambles.ummmmm cockroach? Not sure. But arrival was largely jaded after that. Never saw another bug fortunately. I go down for dinner which was quite good, but from my seat in restaurant I witnessed the rest of the prostitute transaction as five Chinese men came in with prostitutes upstairs but not before the prostitutes made there way to the front desk for some form of check in or payment. I didn't see them again for rest of my stay. But like I said it really coloured my view of the hotel.

Breakfast was fair but not really impressive compared to my other Asia stays. There was free tuk tuk one way to market. And home was a $2 tuk tuk ride home.

Lastly, I tried to arrange my supposed free transportation back to airport the day before, again they tried to get around it. Tried telling me it was one way only. Or that I have to arrange 2 days in advance. Just excuse after excuse, but finally got my advertised free airport transport arranged. There are tonnes of other hotles available. I'd pick somewhere else next time.

Extremely helpful, very kind, and a quaint little place. No frills but very comfortable and tranquil.

Hotel rooms not bad, but poor services. Most staff does not even understand simple requests, probably due to communication issue in English. The hotel arranged us for 3 day tour which was horribly managed. The guide was not knowledgeable left the tour half way on last day and dissuaded us from visiting places. Disappointed as the hotel is rated 8.5 on certain travel websites.

Place was ok and staff speak ok English. There is a safe but its not attached to anything. Bed sheets could be cleaner but considering what my white t-shirts look like after going through the local laundry they are the standard. Breakfast is good with local and western choices. They have beer and a small pool to relax in. There are tuk-tuks the hotel has on consignment for single or day trips. The street out the front is not paved and is just dirt and some crushed rocks. There is a laundry just around the corner as well.

Have stay here 4 times. Never look anywhere else. Good size free breakfast. Pool is a great place to chill out and make new friends. Free tuk tuk pick up from Airport and in to the city. Good restaurant food. Staff go out of their way to assist with anything. Free wifi. Rooms are great size and cleanbeautiful white sheets on bed. I could go on and on.but I want to be able to book a room. 😂😂😉

    "Comfortable stay”
Our stay to Boutique Cambo Hotel was really pleasant, the staff is very attentive and friendly rooms are clean and accessorized with all you need. They even have a free ride service to the town and this is an extra bonus. I recommend it.

Lovely pool, spacious room, tasty breakfast and very helpful staff! We did their short tour of Angkor Wat and it took us all day in a Tuk Tuk, definitely worth the money. We also arranged free pick up from the airport when we arrived. All the staff were really friendly and helpful, definitely recommend this hotel.

Stayed in the family suite for four people. Pretty much two rooms connected to each other. Rooms were nice and big. Free breakfast is served differently as it is not a buffet style breakfast but more an order off a menu style. Also you are only allowed to order one thing. Pool was clean. Located about a 25 min walk from the city centre but hotel does offer a free one-way shuttle there. Overall pretty good.

Its an old hotel without lift. Less lights in room. Too much mosquitos in balcony. Breakfast limited choices. Conclusion: a good average hotel in a reasonable price. Free tuk-tuk one way to anywhere in siem reap. We took connecting room 4 adults stay for 3 nights with balcony and breakfast for just USD128 Only.

Nice, clean hotel, friendly staff but not great in terms of amenities (small pool, simple breakfast). Good location, good price
