We visited Siem Reap in early November 2017. Nice hotel, clean, good atmosphere, the receptionists always very kind. Big rooms, good breakfast. close to the restaurants and night market. We did't use the spa but we rent a motorbike and the service was good. The only Little things I did't like were that the Windows have no glass and no mosquito net so we had ti keep the Windows close for the mosquitos and was a pity becouse outside seems an oasi and in that way the room was always too dark. also the bathroom has a nice atmosphere but still too dark and we did't like the Stones in a section of the floor wich I suppose are hard to keep it clean. Anyway it's a very nice hotel and I would recommanded to my Friends.
Very beautiful villa with beautiful room and decoration. Staffs are nice even their English is limited. There is shop for renting bicycle in frond. The villa is not so far from night market and old market. There are plenty restaurants around, included spa shops. Tuktuk is in frond of hotel. There is free airport pick up. Breakfast is good.
The hotel is gorgeous, beautifuly designed and owned by a Cambodian architect, very green inside and outside, you feel the nature environment. Very friendly staff, helping us on any request. The location on a quiet and well maintained street with super nice restaurants around. The hotel has a spa / Massage section too. Walking distance from the Center and night market. Just come , with no hesitation!!
Very beautiful hotel. The rooms are well done Khmer style and the staff are attentive and helpful. Its very near to the pub street (walking distance) and lots of eateries nearby. The lane itself is safe and you get a tuk tuk just outside the hotel. They also arrange for tours to Angkor Wat at very reasonable price. The only thing we did not like was the massage at the spa.
The hotel is situated in a really beautiful garden with lush green plants and even some pets. The rooms are big and clean but a little bit dark and our bed was quite old.
The staff is friendly. However, we were not picked up from the airport as promised and we sometimes had the impression that they pushed their own trips (to the temples etc) a little bit too strongly.
Anyway, the hotel is a bit like a green oasis in loud, dusty Siem Reap.
We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. Clean, spacious room, nice balcony overlooking the pool, the pool was nice and refreshing after a day at the temples. Close to the market and excellent restaurants. The staff was extremely helpful with coordinating our tuk tuk driver for the three days we went to the temples. The only downside was we felt a bit like staff was trying to direct us toward tours we weren't interested in. The free breakfast was excellent, but the dinner we had was overpriced for the quality of the meal. We booked massages at the spa and while they were relaxing, they were not as good as other massages we had on this trip and were slightly overpriced. Overall, we were quite happy with the accommodation and would stay here again.
Location and staff awesome. Our bed was terrible and the room needs updating. But overall amazing
The place is very nice and the staff is even better. I will definitely stay here again.
Great hotel, great bathrooms, best swimming pool. 👍
nothing special about the spa
Great !!
It was quiet and clean and close to all the markets..
I just would like to express my profound appreciation for the warm Cambodian hospitality extended to me by Petit villa Boutique and Spa. It truly is a paradise tucked quietly in the city central. I love that it’s close to the hip and happening places, but not in the middle of the chaos and noise. Part of its charm is the Asian inspired rooms and bathrooms ( i just love!!) which to me are a testament to how beautiful and rich Cambodian culture is. Most importantly, what I loved most about this place is their staffs. I came to Siem Reap to celebrate my 30th birthday, and boy was I not disappointed. Siem Reap not only prides itself of the beautiful temples and breathtaking sceneries but also of its warm and friendly people. I was totally blown away by the surprise the staffs have prepared. They truly have gone the extra mile to make sure my birthday was special. They prepared a cake, decorated my room and prepared a warm bath with scented candles and rose petals. THE WORKS! Working in the hospitality industry, I’ve built high expectations of what quality service is, and Petit Villa Boutique and Spa has just surpassed it. I just know that this will not be my first visit to Siem Reap. I have found a home here and left a part of my heart with it. To their wonderful staffs, Marady and Hunii B Ya, from the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU SOOO MUCH! I hope to visit see you guys when I get back
They didn't change bed sheet after previous guest checked out, very bad experience, never met this before.
Excellent, really good service, relaxing.
Check out was at 12 but let me stay till 6:30pm.
Highly recommended
