We had a pool facing room which was fabulous. Breakfast was a feast of selection. Staff friendly and helpful. They arranged a private guide and driver for our sightseeing - reasonably priced and convenient. Good location as well. Tuk tuks are great for getting around. Would visit again and spend more time just relaxing around the pool

Important for me i never see in this hotel before, now i been there few months ago for visit round in this hotel like good hotel good place for relaxing one day for me stayed, in this there they have swimming pool, garden view good room and service twenty four hour. Good service i like you so much ..

We were there for Tet. Enjoyed fireworks from our balcony. Nice hotel, VG breakfast, but both times we were going to stay for dinner they only had buffet. We had to order room service for a-la-carte as we will not eat buffet if any other choice available.

This is the best hotel we have been to in South Asia pacific and we have been to many.

Everything in the hotel is just perfect from the service to the food and the pool. We stayed there for 2 nights and wished we could stay for more. It’s a very quite place. We were upgraded to a magnificent suite and it was truly amazing with a great colonial feel.

Th breakfast was exactly what you would want with a great selection of fresh fruits cheese and cakes.

You can’t go wrong !!!

The service is exceptional. They did our bed and replaced towels twice a day! Nice over-sized pool. The breakfast is amazing! French restaurant is great. The tour guide they provided was helpful and friendly. The bathroom needs a bit of renovation. Massages are great but pricey.

Incredible hotel. The staff take care of you very well. We stayed at 5 similarly classed hotels during our honeymoon and this was by far the best breakfast buffet we had out of the group. Honestly it's worth it just to have the amazing pool to hang out at.

Victoria hotel was absolutely beautiful, the staff are very friendly, the room was beautiful, the breakfast and the food is the best, the location is perfect and the swimming pool was absolutely amazing :) we had so much fun and so thankful for staying at this hotel.
We came to visit Siem Reap for 4 nights as a beginning of our honeymoon trip and we had the best experience ever.

Really a very nice spot at Siem Reap. It is my second visit to Victoria and all is perfect as before. We try the restaurant and what a nice surprise, kind people and good food. What you can ask more. Very suggested the guides of the Hotel.

A good location with locally inspired design hotel!

This is right in the central part of Siem Reap town surrounded by big hotels, convenient stores, ATM and local canteens. It's good to note that it's about 1.3 km walk to Pub Street and Psar Chas. The room is clean and they always hand a good night story paper with white chocolate to guests which I like about.

We stayed here 2 nights with my mum. I felt like I and her were not greeted fairly by the hotel because of our skin colour? I didn't expect them to greet us every time we walked in but at least, show some welcoming gestures like to other foreign people! But the front desk staffs were super friendly to us. They explained every little detail to my mum as this was her first time drying at this luxurious hotel.

Beautiful hotel with an old luxury style. The pool is surrounded by herbage which with you forget about the heat. The personnel is very attentive!

If your are worried about the mosquitoes, you must know the offer free repellent and fumigate the hotel in daily basis.

Typical five star hotel. Clean, nice, well thought out design, and a touch of vintage decor. Complaint I have is their small, slow, and old elevator, which might be a nice touch for other people. Food at breakfast was good, with broad selection. Was only there for a night, can't really say much about other things.

Nice swimming pool with salt water.
But hotel should be deffinetly renowned because without it deserves for 4 stars instead 5.
