My favorite in town. Delicious food with an upscale atmosphere. It was Hotel De La Paix, now Park Hyatt.

Must go for dinner and happy hour!
- drinks are amazing, had a cucumber mojito, best over I've every had! So I had two.
- free cultural show at 7 - 8 pm ( don't know if it's every day
- prices aren't cheap!
- there's no parking
- security guards are a little weird about parking even if you spend money at the hotel
- please note again, this is a high end hotel but with every penny
- food was delicious
- staff was very attentive
- minor detail were looked after, they even have big spray and fans at the out for dinner tables

Good job Hyatt, yet again you've exceed my expectations!!!

Small but well furnished rooms. A great alternative might be the Le Meridian which is more affordable, with green grounds to walk around and a huge outdoor pool. The Park Hyatt is closer to city center, with that comes the noise, dust and hustle bustle. The staff at the Hyatt are friendly.

Spacious and ultra luxurious rooms. Stylish and elegant decor, excellent restaurant with super helpful and talented chef. Two beautiful swimming pools excellent for cooling off on hot and humid days.

We stayed here. Outstanding hotel, very convenient location, great staff and their suite is a knock-out. Food is good and Chef Pisit Theam really knows how to treat his guests.

Superlative experience! Designed with an art deco vibe that fits the background of Cambodia while still being modern. Architecture has excellent use of space that provides an open air feeling while still feeling secluded. Perfect location to walk to dinner or the market. Staff is extremely friendly. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Siem Reap.

Beautiful, clean rooms and probably the nicest, most professional staff we've ever encountered. The food at the restaurant was very good and we even joined them for dinner one night for the cultural performance. They scheduled a driver for us to/from the airport and for 2 days of temple tours that we did with a guide, who was also quite a joy! I would highly recommend anyone visiting Siem Reap to stay here!

WOW, JUST WOW!!!

From a seasoned traveller, thinking I'd seen all levels of hospitality and beauty, I was immediately blown away from the moment we arrived.

The staff have obviously been selected from the very best available. Everyone was very nice, welcoming, funny, helpful and JUST SO AMAZING.

Location was 10 out of 10, close to everything you need and RIGHT OPPOSITE KFC. The Food - we had breakfast, high tea and dinner and it was extremely good. Room – HUGE & COSY, WITH EVERYTHING YOU MIGHT NEED AND MORE.

I HAVE TRAVELLED THE WORLD AND THIS IS MY FAVOURITE HOTEL.

Loved it so much I don’t even know where to start. My girlfriend and I have been travelling for nearly a year non-stop and I must say we had one of the best hotel experience here.

Staff: 10/10 – very nice, kind and helpful (we made new friends)
Food: 10/10 – breakfast, high tea and dinner was delicious and couldn’t fault anything!
Location: 11/10 – right in the center!
Hotel amenities: they had everything we needed and more!
Price: 10/10 – we’ve stayed in more expensive places that didn’t meet the standard of this hotel.

Thanks VERY MUCH to Minh and the rest of the staff for making our stay special. We look forward to coming back again.

There is an Apsara dance every night from 7-8pm, which was beautiful to watch. The hotel has aged and shows some wear, but is still beautiful (especially the courtyard) and staff enthusiastically go out of their way to accommodate requests. It was a particularly memorable stay, as they kindly upgraded our room!

For a quiet breakfast, arrive after 9am after all other guests have left to go on tour.

delightful hotel in central Siem reap. Tranquil and cool oasis which is in walking distance to most Siem Reap attractions.
Staff are very knowledgeable and speak good English for those of us with only one language!
Breakfast is served in the courtyard overlooking the water. In the evening there is a performance from the local cultural dance troupe. Worth at least one dinner there but also good to explore nearby eateries - walking away from the the city centre along main street you will come across some rather nice restaurants.. whereas walking into ton centre its more typically touristy fare. Temple tours are an ABSOLUTE MUST if you are visiting Siem Reap - some of the temples are mind blowing in their size and complexity. Can get very busy with tour groups - especially mainland Chinese which can be a bit of a sensory overload if you end up sandwiched between them
